The staff are nice and the location is good, which is why this review is 3 stars. But the price and quality of the rooms is unfortunately not so good. From the photos it seemed like an amazing deal, but for 39€ per night I paid, I expected a bit better. The rooms are not so clean, and not in the best condition. For one night this place is fine, but I frequently travel to Istanbul, both for work and holiday, and I do not think this place is the best value for money, given the standards available in the city.

Its very cheap, location good, staff nice BUT hotel is poor. Photos online not the reality at all. It’s not clean and so many things defective in our room. Sea view was a massive tree covering the window. A lot of damage and disrepair and some things not safe like dodgy wiring on hairdryer and built up tiles at threshold of bathroom door broken and loose. We left after one night and checked in elsewhere. We don’t mind basic but places need to be clean and safe and not falling apart

We have reached there in the morning time about 11am and Ayhan who were in the lobby and allowed us to check in at the same time when we hv arrived. He was really helpful as the proper check in time is in the afternoon. We didn’t have to wait till 2pm .
Also they have taken care of our luggage even after the checkout.
The best within the city area for the price .There is easy access to most of the landmarks in sulthanahmed .
The only drawback we could find is there is only one plug point in the room. Found difficulty to charge both of our phones at the same time. Could have added more charging points.

Horrible. The photos must be from 20 years ago. It's so bad now that it can't even be called a hotel. Dirty, everything broken, worse than a boarding house. The staff is very friendly. We had to look for another hotel when we arrived to see how it was. I don't understand how you go to a 3-star hotel and find this.

Great location , great price and great service by all the staff . AYHAN was awesome he helped me a lot with my stay and helped with with suggestions and location of restaurants and different questions I had . The view was really nice as well . For the price I paid here when I told my local Turkish friends they were shocked how adorable this hotel is in general and plus with such a great location next to the tram 🚊 and the mosques . Definitely recommend this place . Room 601 and 602 is the best! I added some of the view pics I had posted on my Instagram .

The area was only 5 minutes away to the park where the Hagia Sofia and Blue Dome is located. The hotel was good.for solo travelers or friends. From mybhotel room you can already see the Hagia Sofia dome if not for the trees. Location wise i really like it bcoz i do not have to take a taxi to see the important sights.

Very good location, in the historical center of Istanbul, small and chic. Super friendly reception staff, small but clean room, comfortable bed, clean linen. We had a view of the Bosphorus, a delight! I recommend with all my heart and I will return at the first opportunity.

The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. Mehmet was fantastic at night , always happy to help and make Chai when needed. During the morning, the other staff helped as m UCP as they could. The rooms were clean and tidy.

A hotel with lots of potential and on the top floor, particularly room 602, you have great views of the Blue mosque and Sophie Hagen mosque, as well as the view of the sea and the Asian side in the distance. Fabulous views at night. Its the only room worth staying in and we were able to secure it. The house cleaning is hit and miss and a couple of times we had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. The owner and Mehmet are very helpful and the hotel is going to be refurbished soon apparently so fingers crossed. Close to two tram stops and local shops and restaurants. Don't forget to ask for room 602.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.

I came in December so it was fairly quiet, but if you come in the warm months there will surely be a large crowd. The terrace upstairs offers good views around and a good place to meet people. Located very well right off the Sultanhamet Tram stop, and very convenient to get to almost anywhere in Istanbul. Offers cheap breakfast, cheap ride to airport, and nice rooms with heat/ac and warm water for shower. Wifi is average. Hosts are very helpful, and informative. Great place to stay, especially for backpackers.
