My stay at this so-called five-star hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The television in my room didn’t work, no matter how many times I tried to reset it. The air conditioner was also broken, leaving the room uncomfortably warm and making it impossible to relax or sleep properly.
The location of the hotel was completely unsuitable, far from any convenient place, and definitely not what you would expect from a property claiming to offer luxury standards. To make things worse, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and impolite, showing little interest in helping or solving any of the issues I reported.
On top of all that, the internet connection was terrible, disconnecting every few minutes and making it almost impossible to use.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a five-star hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
