I was given a room inferior to the one I booked. I had to complain, and they said they had sold it and, since I was the only guest, I had to take a single room when I had booked a superior room with a king-size bed. The location was okay, and it was clean. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was okay.

It's a great hotel. If you know where you're going. It's Laleli, so it's noisy in the mornings with people packing their cargo. Don't expect anything fancy for breakfast either. The view from the top-floor restaurant, where we had breakfast, was stunning. Two seagulls flew in every day and watched. In terms of its convenient location (3 minutes to the T1 tram) and the hospitality of the staff, it's a great hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Grocery stores, a tram stop, and the metro are nearby. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise, even though it and the rooms are not new. It was clean, bug-free, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet-style. A bottle of water and tea bags were brought to the room daily, and the towels were refreshed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for two days in September 2025. It was a clean, decent hotel with friendly staff who spoke several languages (including Russian). The room was well-appointed, and the breakfasts were filling and varied. The location is excellent, within walking distance of public transportation and major attractions. My impressions of my stay were positive. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hospitality.

Travelers should be very careful when booking this hotel. The photos you see on Google Maps and Booking are misleading and do not show the true conditions of the property. Based on the pictures and the high rating, one would expect a proper 4-star hotel, but in reality this place deserves at most 3 stars. The score published online simply does not reflect the truth, and this is very disappointing for guests who book in good faith.
Breakfast is another weak point: it is extremely basic, with very few choices and far below the standards of a real 4-star hotel. To make things clear for future visitors, I am attaching my own real photos of the breakfast and the actual conditions inside the hotel, so that you can see what to really expect.
To be fair, there are some positives: the location is central and safe, the staff are polite, and the rooms are reasonably clean. However, these positive aspects do not make up for the misleading presentation and the false impression created by the photos and rating online.

Very good hotel, where I stay each time I go to Istanbul (abt once every 2 months). The rooms may be somewhat small for 2 people, but for 1 is ideal. Otherwise there is nothing negative: Location is very central, the staff is professional and helpful, and the breakfast is served in a restaurant with panoramic views of the city.
Do not be put off by negative reviews ( I personally think that a number of them has been written with ill intention due to some other dispute), and enjoy your stay.

The room is quite small. In addition, there are seagulls early in the morning, and the sound insulation is not very good. The breakfast selection is not very large, but it is still acceptable. But the room is really small.

Stayed for two nights. Conveniently, you can get from the airport by metro with one change. It is located 5 minutes from the T1 Aksaray tram stop and 12 minutes from the Vezneciler/Istanbul University metro station. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, a bottle of water, a safe, slippers, as well as dental floss and cotton swabs. Clean. Of the minuses - there is noise from the street and it would be nice to update the repairs. Breakfasts are quite acceptable, the restaurant is located on the 7th floor, the sea is visible in the distance. The staff is polite. The price / quality ratio is excellent. It is quite possible that I will stay here on my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay so much in Misa Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room at the top has an amazing view with a nice selection of fresh food. The location of the hotel is perfect. We were able to visit Istanbul easily via uber or the tram and even by walk. So many shops and restaurants all around. The rooms are kind of small but we took two connecting rooms so it was ok. The showers were great and the beds are very comfortable. The AC was super good because it was so hot. Maybe it is a small detail but the kids really appreciated the welcoming cookies when we arrived after a long travel. The staff took good care of my little baby while we were there. And also, there is a park with swings just next to it just few minutes walk. That was a big plus for us! We will surly be back if we come back to Istanbul.

The hotel is nice and modern. Breakfast is adequate. The staff is very friendly. The location is good, about a 20-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The only thing we didn't like is the mold in the bathroom. The extractor fan isn't sufficient, and there's too much humidity. They should improve the bathroom ventilation and clean more thoroughly behind the sink and shower head to prevent these things from escaping, as it's neither hygienic nor pleasant to look at or breathe.
