This family run hotel offers the best hospitality in Istanbul. We stayed for nearly a week. Mr Ramazan, Mr Furkan and all of the staff were extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are cleaned daily including fresh towels, the shower is hot with shower gel & soap bar provided, and the location is perfect for sightseeing. Notably, the managers and staff always provided exceptional service. Directions, car service, restaurant suggestions, delivery orders, even providing a hot cup of tea after being in the rainy December weather; their gracious and genuine help made us feel comfortable and at home. Highly recommended!

We did not stay but book the luggage storage. The staff could not have been more helpful. He spent time working out the best way for us to reach our airport hotel.
So no comment on the rooms. But staff superb.

We’ve left our luggage in the hotel and Ramzan was taking cafe of us, he helped us a lot, gave a lot informations about Istanbul.

Room is dirty. They hotel told us that they cleaned the rooms after two day but we stayed for longer than 2 days and our room didn't cleaned, we also didn't have new towels. In the bathroom there were mold.

The room is not 100 euro worth, next time u will not stay there. Only location is good.

Breakfast is not worth it is minimalist breakfast. I and my family and friends will never use this hotel again.

We spent our best days in this hotel it's a family business, they take care of their residence. It's clean, room size is good, everything is around you including restaurants, attractions and transportation. Thanks to Ramazan and his brother, very friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the great work!
