The receptionist and bellman were great! They came outside to greet us and helped us with our bags, witnessing the tense situation with the driver. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and reassured. Not only did they expertly diffuse the situation, but they even sent up tea afterward to help us unwind and turn the mood around. I can’t commend them enough for changing the tone of what could’ve been a bad night.
The room itself? Clean, comfy, and chic! The TV behind the mirror added a touch of class, and I have to say, I was impressed. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of food and drinks to choose from. The staff were always on point, clearing tables quickly and keeping the space tidy. Throughout our entire stay, the staff at every level were pleasant and attentive.
Overall, The Grand Mira Hotel was a perfect example of how excellent service can elevate a stay. I’m so glad we chose this place, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to anyone headed to Istanbul!
