The staff Burcin is extremely helpful and thoughtful. I've stayed for 2 nights, roommates are good and the location is wonderful for me as a solo traveller.

This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Seriously, I'm speechless.

**Facilities:** Practically non-existent. You even have to ask for water, and the front desk actually suggested I go buy my own.

**Hygiene:** It was just okay, but the bathroom was a problem. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up. There are about four or five rooms on one floor, each with four beds, all sharing two bathrooms. And one of them was broken, you couldn't even shower in it. Just imagine the chaos.

**Environment:** Haha, you won't believe this. The mattress and bed frame weren't even the same size. The head end of the bed wouldn't support itself, so your head would sink at least 30 degrees. Any slight movement and you'd feel like you were hanging yourself. Plus, the beds were incredibly close together, making it easy for things to fall off.

I stayed three nights, and two of them I was woken up by noise downstairs. Checked the time, 3:30 AM. Some pure Turkish 'sabotage' teenagers were yelling and causing a ruckus downstairs. They were even playing music loudly in the middle of the night, and it was absolutely terrible. I really don't want to swear, but this place is truly garbage. Seriously, don't even bother coming.

**Service:** Haha, check-out is at 11 AM, by the way. Seriously, don't come to Turkey for vacation. A McDonald's meal costs over 200 Lira. What's the point? It's absurd that this country hasn't collapsed from inflation yet. I expect to see the Lira become worthless within three years.

The service was good. There was a sign at the front desk warning guests not to go out with strangers, as there's a risk of being scammed into paying exorbitant fees. 😆

The location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit disappointing. The bunk bed in the dormitory creaked, the shower head was faulty, and the hairdryer didn't work properly. However, the staff were friendly. It's a good option if you're looking for something affordable.

The cleanliness made it a very comfortable stay. The bathroom and toilet on my floor were excellent. However, be aware that you only get one towel per person on the first day, which can be inconvenient for multi-day stays. The power outlets are recessed Type C. Laundry facilities aren't available on-site, so you'll need to use a nearby laundromat.

They had only 1 mistake when they changed my reservation without my confirmation. I reserved a private room with a personal bathroom. The receptionist downgraded to the room WITHOUT bathroom (I have to use a common bathroom). He said that ky reserved room was run out but he did not confirm with me before I came to the room. He should have let me know in advance.
Except that, everything was fine. They work professionally and very nice and kind.

The hotel location is around 10 min walk from the taksim Square but near to bus stop. Remaining all cleaned and provided locker. The toilet was clean but with old amenities. Overall was good the staff was very cooperative and guided me good.

It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre of the city.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.

Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.

One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.

I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.

Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
