Had a terrific stay at the Big Apple Hostel. Fantastic location, very clean and really easygoing vibe. Massive shoutout to Enes, who was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help with everything. Will absolutely stay here when I return.

This was one of the cleanest hostels I've ever stayed in. We stayed as a group of four girlfriends, and the cleanliness was excellent; our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a Turkish breakfast, and from 12:00 onwards, there was a bar on the terrace with drinks and shisha. Everything was more affordable than other places in the area. Every night, we enjoyed music there with my friends, which made our holiday even better. Thank you to the Big Apple family, especially Mr. Murat at reception! 🙏🏽

The service was excellent; the manager was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. However, the cleanliness was nonexistent.

I booked a hotel but ended up staying in a guest house... breakfast isn't in the same building but in the hotel about a hundred meters away... the room: comfortable beds, clean enough, but the bathroom was tacky... and it didn't match the advertised photos at all. The first room was worse, and the super kind and helpful receptionist changed it for us. Positives: this super kind gentleman and the location, but I wouldn't stay here again...

Dirty rooms infested with BED BUGS (literally). A group of 12 of us stayed there. Two days before arriving, we saw reviews from March explaining that it was infested with BED BUGS and scabies. We asked the owner because we had already paid for the reservation and couldn't cancel. He assured us that he had eradicated them. The room was full of dust, the bathroom damp with used towels, the furniture was half-broken, and the next morning we found the bed covered in BED BUGS. The owner even refused to give us a complaint form. The location is good, but there are many other hotels around, so I don't think giving it a positive review for its location is worthwhile. I recommend avoiding this place.

Decent Quality, it is listed as free breakfast, and there was no breakfast. The hot water is not working properly. No elevator, it would problem if you have a couple of heavy suitcases. I rate is 6/10

This hotel is the most horrible one I did in my life and I travelled a lot !!! It smells like they never open the windows , the glass light are broken and can fall at anytime on you while sleeping, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and smell so bad you can't breath and on the top of this the beds have bugs we didn't sleep the whole night and change the hotel early in the morning. However they didn't want to refund me the night. This hotel should shut down DON'T GO THERE !!!!
