Room is clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is good with many options. Receptionist Emre was very friendly and helped me with taxi and places to visit
The location is a little inconvenient and takes about 40 mins to the blue mosque and hagia Sophia. Staff is helpful.
Most of the mean receptionists were the MALES. I couldn't get their names but it was just the male receptionists who were not cooperative.
The only understandable person there was the female receptionist, Fatima. She wanted to help me and she did what she could but the males receptionist/manager did not really allow her. Very disappointing.
I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. And MR. MANAGER, kindly update your policy on the website or Expedia that ordering food is not allowed.
