The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the tram and shopping areas. The rooms aren't large, but large suitcases can be easily opened. All room amenities were new and clean, which I was very satisfied with. The environment was quiet and comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with the staff's work attitude; they were friendly and welcoming. I especially want to mention a staff member at reception. Because I had some problems with my online flight check-in, this staff member, Yunus, helped me contact the airline, and with his assistance, I successfully obtained my boarding pass. I am very grateful to all the hotel staff; their excellent service provided me with a clean and comfortable environment. Next time I visit Istanbul, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We flew in from Novosibirsk and stayed at the Pisa Hotel for one night, planning to fly on to our next vacation and explore Istanbul in the meantime. We were immediately offered coffee and tea, and we were quickly checked in. The room was nice, everything was clean and comfortable. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast. Some of the staff speak Russian, and others are learning to speak it. We took the metro to and from the airport, and it was very convenient that the hotel was close to the station. There's also a tram stop nearby, which provides quick access to the main attractions. We liked it so much that we decided to book again on our return from vacation. Indeed, we arrived early in the morning, were again greeted warmly, and manager Yunus helped us check in right away, even though our reserved check-in time hadn't yet arrived. We also want to stay at the Pisa Hotel in the future.

Honestly, the best place to stay with your family. We were there for 3-4 days and it was an extremely pleasant and convenient stay. The staff were absolutely amazing and some of the most helpful I have ever seen. Even the location of the hotel is excellent, and is close to many landmarks. Highly recommended for all.

Very conveniently located, with a beautiful lobby and cafe. Good breakfasts. The room is a bit cramped. On the first day, they reported a toilet issue, but it wasn't resolved during our four-day stay.

This is a great hotel; I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy, housekeeping was regular, and everything matched the description. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions, cafes, and transportation, yet the hotel itself is quiet and comfortable.

I'd especially like to mention the service: the staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and all questions were answered thoroughly and with a smile.

Good value for money. I would happily stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel for a trip to Istanbul.

Honestly the best hotel to stay in. Came with my sister and mum for a week and everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly with a smile on their face and would always greet us. They are also so generous with everything they do especially when we were celebrating my mums birthday and she got sick and had an ambulance called for her. They kept checking in on us and asking if anything was needed when my mum was in hospital. Had very pleasant conversations with everyone they were just so lovely and caring. The manager was very lovely too and sat with us while we were waiting for our taxi to the airport. Honestly best staff and best people. So thankful for every single person there and couldnt have picked a better hotel to stay in. I will definitely be staying here everytime I visit Istanbul.
