Listed on my booking as piya boutique hotel. It isn't a hotel, it's hostel private rooms The manager Emran is lovely, very pleasant and helpful. But he is the only good thing about the place.
Its in a poor state of repair, needs renovating. See attached picture. My room had a train line running right next to it (literally). The shower leaks and generally poor. Bed is very uncomfortable. Even for the price, it isn't worth it. Give it a miss. So much better available.

Terrible service, we were told to come and that there were free rooms, but in the end they didn't pick up the phone when we called and didn't open the door for us

It was okay we enjoyed our stay but it wasn't the cleanest place ever nor was it the warmest. The room we had id image will get cold in middle of winter. I'm glad we stayed when it was relatively warm!

Don't be fooled by the good reviews, the guy at the desk is friendly yes this is true I suppose that's the only good thing about the place. If you're not worried about comfort and youre ok with sleeping on a broken bed and in a smelly room then this is the place for you. Got ripped of with the price too, once I got to the hostel I was told I only paid 50% and need to pay again . I ended up only staying 1night out of 3. Found a better hostel named Nobel hostel for half the price, friendly staff, clean and closer to the main attractions in a less dodge neighborhood

If you are not experienced traveller and you want something nice and fancy, choose other place.

But if just a clean bed is enough, then ok. There are nothing else. No kitchen. Only showers/toilets.

You cannot leave the hostel after 12pm.

It's ok for couple of nights.

Super nice owner will help you.

Bring your own locker- lock.

This is a clean cheap place in the perfect location for the Old City. Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Topcapi Palace (and many other places) are in walking distance.

Very nice hotel and safe and the reception its very gentle

The staff is wonderful and after two nights of overnight busses this was a perfect place to recover. The breakfast was exceptionally great as well:)

Great little hostel with lots of character in a quiet(ish) neighborhood. The owner is very helpful and frendly. Rooms and bedding are very clean and breakfast is much the nicest I've seen at a low price hostel.
