Its location is superb but its cleanliness needs to be fixed. shower heads sometimes don’t work. Stairs to climb to get to rooms so heavy bags tough. If u can do all of this - the location is smack in shopping are and taksim and prefect. breakfast filling

The location is central and convenient. There are two shared bathrooms; please bring your own toiletries. Breakfast is Turkish style—simple but filling. Black tea is always available, and the owner can help with any problems. However, this accommodation is not recommended for those with high standards.

If you are social person and have experience to live in dormitory than this place is for you. Location is very close to taksim and istaklal and surrounding areas are full ON. You can sleep peacefully only in morning time. Administration is good and friendly. 24 hours kitchen facility available,you can cook what you want to eat. Drinking water available hot and cold free 24hours. 2 kinds of tea also available free in kitchen. They provide breakfast complimentary. quality and taste both good and also variety in breakfast. So overall I really enjoyed specially sister Neynah is very helpful and kind personality their.😊

Unfortunately, the rooms are separated by plywood partitions, so the slamming of doors was very audible. The common rooms are located rather inconveniently—one is under the terrace, the other right next to it, so it's very noisy!

Be careful if you book a bed in the basement! This room is on the first floor, next to the kitchen and the exit—it's the noisiest room. Furthermore, the toilet and bathroom are right next to this room. The beds are right next to the window, so you'll hear all the street noise on one side, and everything going on in the kitchen and toilet/bathroom on the other. Furthermore, my bed was right next to the door! I asked Kurban (receptionist from Kazakhstan) about this issue, but he said they wouldn't be able to move me until 4:00 PM, even though a bed in another room was available! "Yo can put your bags in storage and wait 5 hours!"- he said! Despite my repeated requests, he refused to help!

Excellent location and service. Owner is extremely friendly and kind, will not scam you. Full of friendly people. Breakfast was very filling. Nice cats and chill spots around. The beds were very comfortable and clean although the ladder to the top bunk is a little difficult. Bathrooms and showers are clean and sufficient although small. Online shows we should have lockers but by the time we got there, all lockers had been taken up which was a shame. Amazing value and a surprisingly quiet atmosphere.

My friend and I stayed at this hostel in separate dorm rooms for 3 days.
The location is excellent. The hostel is located near many restaurants and one of Istanbuls largest shopping streets.
The rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms. There were 2 showers available in the men's dorm.
The staff is friendly and the hostel offers a free breakfast every morning which is great.
Overall, this was an excellent value.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
