But it's clean, well-organised and run, with manager always present and as helpful as can be.
Major claim is its location slap-bang in the middle of touristy Sirkeci, close to all the shops, restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions, bazars, the Golden Horn, Galata bridge, tram bus and subway hubs, as well as the ferry crossings for Asian side, up-Bosphorus to Black Sea.

It's in a great spot where you can easily walk to many tourist spots.
The older man who seemed to be a hotel employee didn't speak English, but we were able to communicate by showing him some text translated into Turkish.
There are no amenities, so we recommend bringing your own.
- Wifi was not stable in speed and connection but bearable. But I believe its a normal situation in the Old City.
