This is the second time we are staying here, staff are great and willing to help at any given time, rooms are spacious and clean, food is very nice and tasty, walking distance from the lunapark 5stars for them

The hotel's pool is especially good, and it also has a small aquapark with two slides. The food is good, breakfast is nice, the hotel looks a bit old in terms of architecture but the bathrooms and toilets have been renovated, and both rooms we stayed in (four people each) were spacious and comfortable. The only issue is that the rooms don't have open balconies, otherwise there are no problems. There is also live music for those who like it. The staff were helpful and focused on customer satisfaction. I recommend it.

This hotel is simply nice, can't say it is perfect nor bad, moreover, I say it has the potential of being the 5 stars hotel if the administration planned so, the staff are great though not all of them speaks English which was a bit of problem to me, the swimming pool is big though it contains sea water which for me was a problem. A nice thing is that I witnessed an Erasmus event for bonding between Serbs & Turks in this hotel, it was a nice multicultural event. Last point, the furniture is somehow antique comparing to modern furniture but for I found it incredibly peaceful and the room was extremely clean which is a A++ especially in Corona pandemic.

Due to the pandemic, I chose the hotel black water as the shortest place, 3 hours after I checked out of the room at the hotel we went to to distract myself for a day, when I wanted to go to get my belongings back in the room, they said it was thrown away. I asked for my garbage to be brought back to me. It's great because the municipality works for you but be careful!!! The lifeguard of the hotel waits on us as if we are going to drown in the pool and warns even the children who are next to the parents. The first day we entered the pool, we thought that there was a strict control, we went there to have fun, not to interfere with us. We have seen so many hotels.
