Love this hotel. Friendly and very helpful service from all the staff.

Spectacular location. And extremely helpful and courteous staff. The walk to the beach from the hotel is full of cigarette butts and rubbish. Unfortunately the property can’t do anything about it as it is not under their jurisdiction. Rooms small and no other facilities available at the property except for an outdoor pool.

We loved our one night stay at this tastefully renovated hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. Friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast included. Great value for money.

The hotel has a great location with views of the sea. There's also a swimming pool open from 8 am to 8 pm.

The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but you can order regular meals there.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Erzurumlu Otel. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in booking taxis to the shopping centres in Istanbul and the airport. They also provided us with information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, filling and freshly made every day. We enjoyed it a lot! We will definitely stay at this hotel again, in the summer time so that we can swim in the Black Sea and the hotel pool. thank you from Australia

I have to give this hotel a big full score for its service. I couldn't pay with my credit card, so they asked an employee to walk with me to the ATM to withdraw cash for payment instead of letting me go out alone at night. When I parked, the manager and the employee directed me to reverse the car. When I went out in the middle of the night, three employees came out to guide me to avoid the car next to me and reverse it safely. When I checked out on the last day, someone helped me with my luggage. The front desk manager had a beard like a senior butler. His attitude was very good and his good English made people feel at ease. If this manager doesn't raise his salary, I don't agree. The hotel has a lot of breakfast options, but I think there are too few hot dishes and too many cold dishes, so I didn't eat a comfortable breakfast. But the scenery at the breakfast place is invincible. In general, if it's not by the sea, the location here is indeed a bit off, but if you come here specifically to see the sea, this is the best choice, but be aware that it may not be convenient to eat after 11 o'clock in the evening. The hotel is located on a high hillside, but there is a convenience store. 67 euros a night is less than 600 yuan, which is a good deal. In addition, the parking lot is large, which is rare in Istanbul

I stayed here in early October, when the autumn breeze was gentle, the sky was clear and the sea was blue. This time I came here in the middle of winter, but the room was warm and comfortable. The owners of the surrounding restaurants and the staff of the canteens were all hospitable.
