A very cozy hotel with museum-like decor. Everything is very clean. It even has a gym. But it's a bit old :)

The hotel is decent; we booked a room with a balcony, like a mini apartment. Breakfast was okay. We've stayed in a lot of places, so we have plenty to compare.

"Not my first time in the city, but this was my best stay ever. The staff worked magic!
Though my booking agency failed to specify I needed a twin room, the hotel seamlessly upgraded us to a spacious room with a private terrace. When I had an early exam departure, they prepared breakfast ahead of opening hours without hesitation – delicious and varied, with freshly baked bread!
Housekeeping was impeccable: towels changed daily, and they even refreshed our bedding on the third night despite our morning checkout. The team consistently went above and beyond. At checkout, they gifted us homemade cookies for the road.
Rooms feature handy kitchenettes with tea/coffee facilities and bottled water. We’ll absolutely be back!

We traveled for a week from Toronto to Istanbul and had a delightful stay in Faik Pasha suite (penthouse) in September. The Room was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The location of this hotel is excellent, so very close to everything and everywhere, giving you the opportunity to go walk in Taksim in the middle of the night . The morning breakfast area was cozy and very boutique like with tasty fresh homemade food served. The staff are INCREDIBLE! very friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their face (which is what you need on your trip!) Emre, Murat and Nilo and all the other ones who I dont know their names (unfortunately) were so friendly during our stay and helped us by all means. Highly recommend this hotel :)

An absolute gem. Charming vintage coupled with modern amenities. Rooms are spacious and clean, showers are warm and whatever is needed is available (strong WiFi, drinks, washer etc). Staff are warm and friendly, even better than 5 stars hotel chains. Breakfast is good as well, my wife and I enjoyed the delightful breakfast (first day was a breakfast platter served to table, second day was self served buffet).
Really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Hidden Gem! We stayed in this beautiful and unique hotel last week for 4 days and loved it. The staff go above and beyond...we had to leave for the airport at 7:30, and even though their breakfast starts at 8 they made sure we don't leave hungry. I would recommend this lovely little hotel to everyone.

We just checked out from our beautiful apartment and couldn’t wait longer to write and appreciate everything things happened during last 3 nights at this hotel. The apartment was exactly what we saw in the photos and even better. Very clean and comfortable. The staffs are so kind and polite and helpful. The breakfast was just delicious and served in the garden. We definitely would book this place again in the future.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
