Excellent Stay at Levent Wyndham Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Levent Wyndham Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the coffee — especially the flat white — was outstanding. The rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The gym and sauna facilities were also excellent and well-maintained.

A special thanks to Hakan for his great service at breakfast — he was attentive, friendly, and made the mornings even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding the security of guest data at your hotel.

During my stay, my credit card details were stolen, and there are strong indications that this may be related to a data leak through the hotel’s internet connection. I kindly request that you urgently review and recheck your guest security and network systems to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I must emphasize that I did not expect this to happen under any circumstances-especially in a hotel that presents itself as a five-star establishment. This situation has caused me significant distress and disappointment.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a clear explanation of the steps being taken to investigate and address this issue.

This time it wasn't as good as my last visit. The gym equipment wasn't as new as before, and the body composition analysis machine was moved to the yoga room. But honestly, it's still the best hotel gym I've ever been to.

The breakfast also felt less extensive than last time, but that's compared to the high standard of Turkish breakfast. There were still plenty of vegetables and dairy products available.

Inflation in Istanbul is really hitting hard.

Overall, it's still a pretty suitable hotel for business travelers.

The hotel is very bad. I'm staying at the hotel right now, and the reception staff are very bad. Last night s security guard at night, at 8:30, tried to hit me, and I will be complaint with the embassy. I'm still at the hotel. They're refusing to give me the employee's name. Check the security cameras. I'm going to move to another hotel like mariot or Sheraton Hotel, a five-star wich, respects guests.

A clean hotel connected to a shopping mall.
I always come here for business trips, so I never have much time to use the hotel’s facilities, but the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable.
The kaymak offered at breakfast is delicious, and the salads are also tasty. However, the cheese used in the omelette is goat cheese, and since it has a very strong smell, it may be better to have them remove the cheese or replace it with a different type.

Also, amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided, so make sure to bring your own.

One downside is that the room lighting is dim — even with all lights on, the room still feels a bit dark. At first, I thought this might just be typical of hotels in Türkiye, but considering that the İzmir Marriott and Ankara Sheraton were relatively brighter, it seems this hotel has comparatively weaker lighting.
