I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Their positive energy made the experience even more special. The customer service manager, in particular, was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Istanbul!

I loved my experience here. It is in a great area. So much to do. Prices are expensive in this are, so I recommend walking to other places for food and stuff. The photographer Ricky at the hostel was awesome and gave us tips and showed us around :)

This hostel is really great! The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The location is amazing, just next to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, so it’s easy to explore the city. The hostel has everything you need—clean rooms, a kitchen, and a nice common area. Plus, it’s super affordable. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located hostel only a few steps away from the blue mosque and the hagia sofia with a marvellous staff (ali is the best! shout out to you ). Very clean rooms and everything you could need in the kitchen. The common area is also quite big with a rooftop! Ricky also was very helpful and ensured a fun time (also a warm shout out to you 🫶🫶) All in all i had a wonderful time for way to little money.

We had a pleasant stay at Avrasya Hostel. The location is fantastic, right next to Ayasofya and Blue Mosque.
The price is very convenient, hence the four stars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our visit enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, not the cleanest, but once we asked to clean it, it was perfect, though the bathroom was a bit small. Unfortunately, the kitchen was quite dirty and messy. Despite this, we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the new friendships we made there.

Shout out to Ali for his enthusiasm that cheers up the whole hostel!

Perfect accomodation for a middle budget trip, the location could not be better if you're interested in walking around the turistic landmarks of Istanbul. The rooms were clean, they provided lockers free of charge right inside the room, and the attention from the staff couldn't be better. I had a problem with one of my flights and they cancelled two nights of my stay absolutely free of charge. The beds were comfortable and the bedsheets super soft. I stayed with my 60 years old mother and she felt as comfortable as I did.
The top floor has a terrace where you can cook for yourself and share breakfast with other guests.
Really nice atmosphere, would book this hostel again in the future without thinking it twice. The owner was really kind, and advices to book directly with him so he can discount the commission websites make and you pay less for the room.

I stayed three weeks ago, the place was very nice and well structured.
The only problem is that one of the two owners, Cumhur.
He pushed himself a little too much with inappropriate questions and statements.
To one of my peers he offered flattery, too many pushes and tried to get closer without consent.

It was such a shame that the main manager groped my friend and tried to make moves on her. All us girls who were in the female dorm had an experience to some extent. Mainly being invited to boat trips or “a surprise” just the two of us. Everyone else was so kind and the hostel was good enough. So upsetting that this one guy ruined it

Probably the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Gross and disgusting bathrooms/showers. Even the dorm smelled gross once they close the windows. The worst was that they have my bed away even though I paid for it. They don’t even change the sheets between guests. The people who run this place are slumlords. You’re better off sleeping in the streets. Yeah it’s super cheap but trust me, don’t stay here. Just spend a few more dollars/euros/lira for a better hostel nearby.

I loved staying in this hostel. Location was peferct and the staff were amazing and helped me save so much with their honest recommendations. Thank you Cumhuri and Ali for providing an excellent service and a great company. They also helped me navigate my way in Istanbul with ease by sharing the best routes to explore around and to get to the airport right on time! Highly recommended!

Amazing location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember to take your own towels though. The terrace view is breathtaking. The breakfast is very nice.

The service offered by this youth hotel for the price is very satisfying. Perfect location. You can go in and out at whatever hour you want. Just think of bringing your own towel.

Very close to all the attractions. The view from the terrace is descent. They have a 24h open reception and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap accomodation and not so bad breakfast.

I would recommend it for value for money.

Very cool and Friendly Staff + the cheapest hostel that you can find in historical peninsula of Istanbul. It has free breakfast and a roof top bar with a beautiful view of bosphorous on the east side and view of Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet mosque when you look to the west.

We had a wonderful coffee and dessert for the sunset views! Absolute recommendation!
You can even feed birds with a soft music, extremely good for insta videos or a memorable experience

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10.
