Sapanca Cayir Cimen Otel in Sapanca

We stayed here for four days during our school vacation with my daughter, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was impressively fast, even with the hotel being busy.
The highlight of our stay was the kids’ club, where two lovely ladies, Cemre and Sıla, took excellent care of the children, engaging them in fun and creative activities. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference!

We've been to Cabir Deluxe Hotel in October of 2024, so this review is a little overdue. Nonetheless, I am keen on sharing my positive experience with prospect guests.
This hotel in Sapanca was truly a pleasant surprise! When we desire to go to 'halal resorts', we usually go to Antalya, Marmaris and the Mediterranean region in general, as it is known for such all-inclusive (her şey dahil) resorts. So at the beginning I was skeptical as to whether a resort not too far from Istanbul (and one that does not have a beach) would offer a competitive service! I am glad we gave it a try!
We stayed in Cabir for four nights and enjoyed our experience immensely! The number one aspect that I admired about this hotel was that it was serious about the concept 'halal'. Halal here didn't just mean the absence of alcohol across all hotel facilities, or the availability of some female-only services. It definitely went well beyond that!
First of all, this was the first halal hotel in my experience that provided both women-only and men-only swimming pools! All other resorts we've been to had women-only and mixed swimming pools.
The facilities of women were comprehensive and completely detached from those of men.
In addition, we greatly appreciated the fact that across all the hotel (in the room, restaurant, cafes etc) there wasn't a single product (beverage or otherwise) that was on the boycott list!
Unlike some 'halal resorts', there was a strict no mobile phone policy inside the women area and nakedness was prohibited even in the sauna and Turkish hamam facilities.
The design and the location of the women pool was very smart!
While the women pool was indoor, it was surrounded by a glass wall allowing for the magnificent view of Sapanca lake down the hill to be enjoyed, thus providing a relaxing atmosphere.
There was a long menu of massages that were provided by professional staff from Türkiye and Indonesia in both the women and men areas. The Turkish hamam is obviously an experience not to be missed!
In particular, I would like to thank Sinta, the beautiful, courteous and well-mannered Indonesian lady who diligently provided me with an enjoyable massage and hamam experience!
In addition, all hotel staff were diligent, hardworking and attended to any queries promptly. Of them, I would express my appreciation to lovely Miss Sara Shakwer, a senior staff member in the hotel, for making herself available literally 24/7! She was on-call even when she wasn't on duty! I appreciated the calm, yet professional and quick, manner by which she handled any arising issues.
Perhaps the only issue of nuisance during our stay (which happened to be in autumn) was that the rooms were too hot to the point that we could not sleep even while windows were open. It's the classical problem in many hotels (with an old design) in Türkiye: the cooling/heating system was not only central but you also couldn't select the mode. This means that all rooms in the hotel will either be operating on hot mode or on cold one. At that time of the year, the weather didn't warrant heating especially in a room that didn't have a balcony. However, there were children in some guest rooms and so hotel staff opted for the heating mode. When floor heating was on, it was way worse. We could not sleep except when the staff switched on the cooling mode one night, which was obviously uncomfortable to some of the other guests. It's a situation that needs to be resolved. Until then, perhaps put guests that favour hot rooms on separate floors to those who do not want for their rooms to be heated - exactly as you would separate smoking and non-smoking guests!
I look forward to enjoying another stay at this beautiful resort tucked away on one of the hills of the picturesque town of Sapanca!

Simply they are amazaing and the reception team and the gest realation manager they are all adorable...this people really knows what is the meaning of hospitality that i seriously didn't see for long time....i love it and i am Sure i will repeat the visit again but for longer days..

Guest satisfaction is very important; Design of SPA sections, being at the highest altitude among hotels in the region and healthy relaxation with its oxygen. allows you to do. The comfort of a 5-star hotel with a unique view. From here you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views in Sapanca. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The employees and staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a holiday in a family atmosphere. The restaurant part is great. The food is delicious and the presentation is second to none. Health is in the hands of Chef İlyas... I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a calm and relaxing holiday. You feel special from the moment you walk through the door. We would also like to thank Onur Bey, the owners and staff of the hotel who booked the room and greeted us with a smile on their face. From now on our top choice in Sapanca.

In one word, it is perfect. Think of a business, can it be fully equipped with everything? Yes. We had a wonderful stay with my wife and our baby. We would like to thank the general manager, Mr. Arif, the reception staff, Mr. Barış, for their approach to us, and all the employees for their service and friendliness. I will recommend it to everyone. And I look forward to our next stay. See you soon.
