It was a decent place for at most 5 people. The location and hot pool and jacuzzi were great. The breakfast was affordable and good. Some parts of the villa needs a renovation like toilet and entrance door and the isolation between rooms is weak and need to be fixed.

Burak was very good at the restuarant and he was friendly. Also, the staffs khadeeja, abdullah was very good.

Too many bugs, spider crawled from behind the couch and another fell on us on the bed.
Glass had a big hole where bugs came in .
Very bad hygiene. Bathroom was broken and the bidet didnt work well.
What could have been a super romantic getaway turned awful because of bad care from the owners.

The bungalow is in bad shape. Bad insulation. Gaping hole left open in the glass where all kinds of bugs bothered us day and night.
When we tried to leave early and cancel remaining nights they refused even though their no refund policy was not disclosed.

This was my unforgettable experience, the hotel management is very poor, the room that we booked was not the same that we got, the pictures on the website are misleading. when we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to pay cash in advance for the 4 days that we plan to stay, luckily, we had cash with us, when we saw the room, we could not stay in the same room as the room cleanness was not to the standard, we changed the room with an extra payment, without any receipt. The cabin was leaking from the bottom of the cabin, not caring about the cleaning the room, they have cleaned twice during our 4 days stays, the complete room smell of shisha and odor smell. for breakfast you only get two eggs and loaf of bread, that is it. we wanted to talk to manager to give the feedback, unfortunately the manager does not have mobile phone, this is what we have been told, there was no electricity twice during our stay, we request to check out early than planned but they have refused to get our payment back, no customer focus. no security guard in the night and there no gate at the hotel entrance.

The area is quiet and nice, but the hotel service is bad.
We booked 4 rooms, but we were not satisfied with the room service which should be provided daily.
Our rooms were not cleaned every day as usual and the simplest things were missed, like tissues, new towels, a hairdryer and lamps( it was broken).
The shower power was too weak so we could not have a pleasant shower.
Also, some dishes in the breakfast were not cooked enough( the omelet and some Turkish cuisines)
From our side, we will not recommend this place to anyone.

Small resort:
it contains
1- One cottage consisting of two bedrooms, a hall and one bathroom. Another cottage will be added under construction, according to the management.

An outdoor session and a private swimming pool in it, and there is privacy for a resident of the cottage.

Resort:
There is a coffee shop, a restaurant, and sessions on the lake. There is someone who speaks Arabic.
Private parking at the resort is free.
The way is considered agricultural distance of 200 meters only
Close to all services in Spanga, including restaurants, cafeterias, and the market, which is located on the famous lake.
The resort is simple and relaxing.

Prices compared to the prices of other cottages, a huge difference
Much better than them, the difference is 40%.
