Nice old hotel with spacious rooms. Horrible breakfast. Had to search for someone to order. Empty breakfast area.

The hotel is excellent but the guests smoke inside the rooms unfortunately. I wish the hotel management to tighten control over non-smoking in the room.

The hotel very clean and tidy not new but good. The staff are so friendly and cooperative and speaks English. They have very safe garage to park your car. The location is in center so, it is surrounded by all services, malls and restaurants also, you can take the mini bus from Kent medan which is 100 m a way if you want to visit cumalikizik or the Ottoman village and spend some time there.

I liked this hotel for many things:
1.Hotel location very good and easy for any one.
2. Room was cleaned and the size good.
3. Breakfast was good every day and same quality.
4. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful even the cleaners.
5. I enjoyed this hotel for 4 nights.
6. The nice thing about parking is very safe.
