We loved this hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. They also read your room preferences before assigning the room. Very rare for hotels to do this. The location is central and, best of all the staff was great!! They always had time to help us figure out things. Special thanks to Salim at the front desk who helped us with bus and train reservations. We also want to thank Hasan who also works there and gives excellent advice on where to eat. We enjoyed talking with him.

First of all, the staff was friendly, but the beds were not strong and broke as soon as we sat down. The bathroom and rooms were dirty, we couldn't even take a shower. When we left, they said some items were missing from the minibar even though we didn't use them and took our money.
