Kervansaray Thermal Convention Center & Spa in Bursa

A hotel where you can stay with your family, with its thermal area and good food. The rooms were good in terms of cleanliness, I liked that the rooms had balconies, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The thermal pool had two options: open and closed. It offers the opportunity to swim in hot water under snow or rain in winter.

Hello, I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff interest is high. Even though it is an old hotel, the innovations are noticeable. I had not noticed the innovations in my previous accommodations. The thermal pool was warm. I had a garden view room. We would like to thank all the friends at the reception for their interest.

The food was very good, everyone was very attentive. We had a lot of fun at the New Year's Eve program. We loved the stage performance and environment. The men's spa area was larger than other hotels, the women's spa area was a little smaller, but the employees mentioned that this was due to the architectural structure dating back many years, and the usage areas were clean. Thanks for everything, it's worth staying again.

The Turkish bath was great. Spa space was mostly made from marble. Gorgeous spa space. There were small hand buckets made from copper. Even the details were perfect.

I got massage for 350TL for whole body and head. The masseuse did it quickly but still was good. I liked it.

There were spacious rooms outside the hamman to rest after spa and sauna. We drank chai for 25TL. Great experience.

Room we got was very good. A bit old but just details.

We were charged 30euros more upon arrival because we booked for one person(by mistake) for double room. But…if just one person, we didn’t book double room. So it ended up pretty expensive. We paid 60pounds plus 30euro for a night stay with spa.

But it was a good experience.

I heard it’s 55 euros to only use hamman and sauna.

To come to this place, take bus no 96 from bursa terminal(direct), get off at Eski kaplica. Walk about two mins. To go back to bursa terminal from this otel, take the same bus 96 from the bus stop that you got off. It takes about 45mins from bursa bus terminal to this otel.

16.5TL one way, bus fare. We tapped on the bus by credit card (visa or master) to pay. Didn’t buy bursa card.

We were so happy to experience Turkish bath of very historical one overall. Totally recommend. But watch out for how many people booking.

I was very happy with reception and pool service staff but there's a problem in the kitchen all my food which I ordered came wrong.
