We had a great family vacation and loved everything. The hotel is very beautiful. The food is delicious, the drinks are all imported. The shows are fantastic. Thanks to the Entertainment Team, Diana, for making our stay so active. The mini club is fantastic, and the water park is fantastic. On the downside, the housekeeping doesn't always replenish the bathroom amenities. There's not enough seafood in the restaurants. Communication with the à la carte restaurant reservations is difficult.

My family and I flew in from Kazakhstan. We loved the hotel. The food selection was great. It was very cozy and comfortable. The only downside I can think of is the small amphitheater, so there aren't always enough seats. Everything else was great. Special thanks to the animation team for making our stay so active ❤️

Hello everyone! This is my first time staying at this hotel with my family, and I'd like to share my impressions. I'd like to highlight the service – everyone is friendly and the staff speaks Russian (which is a plus). The beach is clean, but with waves, there are always sun loungers, and the entertainment is engaging. We played volleyball every day and made friends. There are foam parties and various shows. We'll be back again and again, thank you for your work. 👄

Our stay at Selectum Luxury Resort Belek was beyond expectations!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism, making us feel instantly at home.

The food was simply fantastic – a great variety, delicious flavors, and always fresh products. The à la carte restaurants offer special dining experiences, especially the Italian cuisine and the sushi bar.

Our room was spotless, spacious, with a modern design and all the comforts we could wish for. Housekeeping was done daily with great attention to detail.

The outdoor areas are a dream – large pools, a clean and perfectly organized beach with sunbeds always available.

As for the spa, I am not very satisfied; there is an unpleasant smell, and you can see all the towels there which should be cleaned.

Entertainment and activities were varied and enjoyable for all ages.

A special thanks to the hotel staff, who work with heart and take great care of every guest. Thank you for these wonderful holidays – we will definitely be back! ❤️

One small suggestion: it would be great to have a QR code service for ordering directly from the beach umbrellas – this would make everything absolutely perfect.

When we arrived at the resort, there was little to no introduction or orientation, which made it hard to settle in or understand how things worked. Unfortunately, our water stopped working twice, and we also experienced a power outage, which was unexpected for a resort claiming five-star service.

We had a disappointing experience with the Puppy’s Club (kids club) — not all staff were friendly, and communication was a major issue. My son asked for water and to participate in an activity, but they misunderstood him and did not assist, likely due to the language barrier. Most staff appeared to speak Russian only, and this issue was consistent throughout the resort — with very few staff fluent in English or even Turkish. This made it difficult to get proper assistance or feel fully included as an international guest.

While the entertainment was well-organized, it also catered almost exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, with little representation of Turkish culture, which we had hoped to experience. As an Australian traveler, I felt that the resort was heavily geared towards a specific demographic, and not very inclusive of others.

Additionally, the spa staff were overly persistent, constantly approaching us to sell treatments. When we did book a spa session, it came at a very high price, and the experience did not meet five-star expectations.

On a positive note, the pool and restaurant facilities were excellent, and the food was truly delicious.
