Second time at the Commodore, and the quality, variety, and service are beyond praise. Peace and relaxation. That's exactly what we came for. Like home, but better.

We moved from a very disappointing hotel (Flora Garden) and immediately plunged into a fairy tale. The staff was wonderful, even before all the formalities were completed, offering us, strangers off the street, water, cola, or champagne. The guests were mostly German adults, with a few Ukrainian couples. No one bothered anyone else, and everyone respected your privacy. The waiters and staff appeared out of nowhere and seemed to anticipate your every need. I don't know how you wouldn't leave your tea here. The buffet was about 80 meters long, with about 30 types of desserts and about 20 types of salads. I, a meat and sweet lover, gorged myself on spinach, arugula, and tomatoes for the first time in my life; they were incredibly high quality. Food is available 24/7, and they're not just snacks, but full meals. The quality of the hotel materials is on par with German ones (I spent six months in German hotels, so I have something to compare it to). The staff also speaks better German than English or Russian. This says a lot about the guests. I haven't seen a single conflict or outrage, not even a hint of awkwardness. The guys do their job, and you lose yourself in the relaxation. My girlfriend and I liked it so much that we've already booked a family trip in October with my grandmother and mother. By the way, the environment is barrier-free, and I'm sure even people over 80 won't have any problems. P.S. A huge thank you to Lena and all the guys for their hospitality. P.S. The experience was slightly spoiled by an unsuccessful coloring experience with a "specialist" at the hotel: we lost a lot of hair. But he's not part of the hotel, just a "specialist" renting the space. It's definitely not worth going to him.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2021!!! The hotel is super for complete relaxation, for adults only!! For lovers of any age!!! Excellent views from any room... the hotel is especially good for wedding ceremonies, there are lots of beautiful venues!!! The hotel is compact, with an excellent location for all the bars, restaurants, and the sea! A very clean beach and beautiful sea!! The cuisine is varied and the quality of the food is high! Alcohol for every taste!!! Friendly and welcoming reception staff! The service is very fast... I'll be back here soon!!!

Nice hotel, very attractive staff, good quality and variety food and beverage. The reason I have 4 stars: after upgrading to a swim up room we didn’t used our pool as water was too cold. Which was a big disappointment to be honest. the sea water temperature felt warmer. There is one slightest heated pool outside, but the point was the swim up room with the own access to the pool. For the first time visitors I would recommend to pay attention to the bedroom , shower and toilet layout: the toilets are separated from the room by glass doors, not such a privacy to be honest. And the sink is in the bedroom. For many people it is doesn’t matter but we didn’t like it very much. We had 5 wonderful massages during our stay, it was absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to SPA staff.

First of all I would like to thank you for our stay in your beautiful hotel. At first I will be honest I was a little overwhelmed to start with as the main language spoken was German and we felt a little isolated. The staff soon got to know us all of which spoke good English. My Turkish is useless and as we have been coming to turkey for 10 years many staff have tried to teach us. Our flight was 3 hours late so we arrived at 3 am to a warm welcome and help to our room from the porter who was very pleasant and showed us how things worked. We had breakfast in the sunrise restaurant which has everything you could wish for and sometimes they would bring us champagne. Lunch was at the beach bar and dinner at sunset. We took advantage of the alacart restaurant the Italian and the fish service extremely high No need to put towels on sun beds as there are plenty of beds to go round. Unfortunately a lot of people do put towels on early and take the same beds each day but I feel you may miss out on the whole of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff worked very hard in keeping it clean. The only thing a didn’t like was the single beds pushed together as I kept falling through the join. Most hotels are like this. I think this could be resolved by providing a mattress topper. The reviews for this hotel are excellent and I think it is great value for money We used the spa which we enjoyed but felt there was a little hard sell to purchase further treatments. We don’t get much sun in the uk so one visit was enough for me. We also took advantage of the photo shoot and have great photos for memories. All the service is table service and sun bed service. Also snacks were great waffles which we had once. Ice cream frozen drinks The staff were all wonderful each and everyone you must be so proud to have such a beautiful team. The staff work really hard which I somehow felt guilty that they have to work so hard for me to enjoy my holiday. The weather was very hot but we did have some rain we went in the sea in the rain afterwards we were cold and the lovely sena got us a Bailey coffee which was great. We arrived in the early hours but check in was a breeze as they were expecting and waiting for us and the porter took us quickly to the room. It was great that the bistro is open all night and serves food, so we grabbed drinks and a burger too at 2am! The room itself is comfy. Air con works well and the swim up option was worth the money as the pool is shared by just a dozen rooms and you get your own patio and comfy loungers and parasol, away from the noise and busy pool/beach areas. We spent most of the day here. The single beds are disappointing to see, but the mattress and pillows are comfy. Good to see a free safe and the size of the room was decent. Shame they insist on those stupid coat hangers! Really in a 5 star resort we won’t steal coat hangers so just make them easy to use please…. Mini bar was replenished well with plenty of bottles of water which is great. Maid service is very good too, no issues at all and visit early in the day so you know the room is sorted. We celebrated an anniversary whilst away and had some lovely towel art and flowers on pillows etc, a nice touch - plus wine and treats to the room. WiFi worthy of mention. It’s fast and coverage is great. Never failed to work and streamed TV fine and deserves a special mention. Food wise we went to the buffet most nights and drink service is generally good. Sometimes slow with drinks at breakfast. Food choice and quality is good although being in Turkey there is lots of veal and no bacon or ham. I get it re their culture but they serve alcohol so why not cater for your other religions and needs…. Cocktail choice is limited if you, like me, like creamy types of drink like White Russian - as these are not offered. But you can get a baby Guinness! We did the Gusto à la carte one evening and that was a good experience, great service and plenty of good food. The menu is confusing because you actually get ALL cold starters and then the soup, then you choose the hot starter and main and desert. We actually had 3 x desserts because the waiter said the Tiramisu was not so good and to have another option too! We opted for the free photograph offer and this turned out to be a full photo shoot for almost an hour and including the sunset… we had some fantastic pictures taken and the difficulty then was shortlisting the favourites. They took 800 pictures and at EUR10 each for a digital version we struggled but in the end got a deal of 35 for £260. These are priceless memories, albeit costly. They didn’t want to budge much on price but we did get a physical print too and all the pics were sent digitally quickly. The hotel is located amongst lots of shops so plenty of things to buy if you want to. The area is OK and feels safe enough. The turtle bridge is worth a visit too. The beach area is nice being private to the hotel with drinks service and a beach bar too. You can help yourself too to cold drinks from a fridge. We stayed at this hotel 4-11 September Room 7505. This holiday was most likely our best ever ,even so we are booking again next year. The hotel caters for all nationalities and did not disappoint . Although the hotel is predominately occupied by Germans we did not feel out of place at any point. The food was of such a high standard that we have not experienced on a fully inclusive holiday before , it was plentiful and such an amazing choice at all 3 sittings throughout the day . The restaurant staff were amazing ,so friendly and really couldn’t do anymore for you if they tried, as were all the staff regardless of their roles. I would especially like to thank “Abdil/Abdul” and “ Arsalan and Sevki” who made our stay even more special in the dining areas. The room and all communal areas were spotlessly clean and well looked after . Drinks were available from breakfast to the end of the day and were plentiful and of a high quality. My wife was totally spoilt drinking champagne lunch and evening meal. I only have positive thoughts for this hotel and I really cannot find any negative comments to post.
