The room is very old. The shower cabin is broken. The view was not of the mountains, but of a garbage dump. The air conditioner is hanging opposite the bed, naturally when you lie on the bed, it blows right on you.
The breakfast is terrible, there is no buffet. The woman gives you a plate with 1 egg, 1 piece of watermelon, tomato, cucumber, 2 pieces of cheese. There is no coffee, only Turkish tea.

I stayed here in wonderful Dalyan and have been here many times before. The hotel is basic but clean. I have always stayed at BC spa because of the location and this one is only 50m away which suits me. The wonderful manager Kezban is very friendly, helpful and professional.I will return because of her service and I am sure gave us the best room. The hotel has a good restaurant but can be noisy as you can hear the music up to around 11pm which didn’t affect us. There’s a small pool and a pool bar and the family run hotel is near the main area where you can take the boat trips to turtle beach and the mud bath and thermal pools next to a lake. I will be coming back!

Amazing food🍖, Amazing people, live music, very clean toilets highlight of my holiday. I struggled to read the Turkish menu but every thing had completely over shadowed that All round mind blowingly amazing 👍 Would 1000% recommend for meal out

We visited this place in September and had a very tasty meal and it was on the revisit list when we came back in October. Sadly our previous experience was not to be repeated. We chose the same chicken special as last time but it was no where near the same quality. We didn’t get to choose our mezes, these were selected by the waiter, the chicken was very poor and the salad basic. I know it’s end of season but standards shouldn’t fall to this extent, and everyone deserves a decent meal. Unfortunately this has left a sour taste and we won’t be back.

This place has massive potential with a bit of organising. We had passed it, we were attracted to the Meze menu. We sent our friends earlier as they were leaving that night, they had a different experience in the space of 2 hours. We had the chicken meze menu, fabulous value. You pick 5 meze each, we went up to a refrigerator and picked what we wanted, we literally could have taken them ourselves to the table, but waited about 30 mins. I had rose wine, which was very nice but asked twice for ice but didn't get it. We waited at least an hour for the main. It was just chicken skeweres, so shouldn't take long. It was lovely, but accompaniments, rice, potatoes and grilled veg were cold. We were there 2 hours. They had live music,which was lovely. It wasn't busy, about 5 tables, and plenty of staff, just need to be better organised. It has the potential to be great. Give it a try, maybe it was just an off night.

Long overdue review — I spent several wonderful days in September here. Semih Bey and all the staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. I look forward to another stay next time I’m in Dalyan: highly recommended for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing hotel away from the crowds but still close to everything.

Went tonight for Turkish mezes, and it turned out to be the best meal we have eaten while in Dalyan. 5 mezes included in price, and we opted for chicken over lamb and fish. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and l have never had better. To add to the perfect meal, a live band played traditional music, staff very friendly 👌 sorry we found this at the end of our stay so may not get to visit again during this holiday. Would recommend visiting, fabulous meal and great value for money.

Nice central hotel. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool area, large room, cheap prices in the restaurant and fresh food. Nice breakfast included.

A must for the people that likes Beer. You can get a small draught beer for 30tl, a large for 50tl and a massive 2.5Lt which cost 150tl amazing. The service is great and a nice place to start and finish the night.
The meals are to die for they are great and the prices goes with them.
