On arrival everything seemed ok but it was quite late . Staff seemed ok I guess at first but the following morning at breakfast you’re greeted with super rude Russian people with food catered for them . When I say they’re rude I mean to the point I thought Jeremy beadle was gonna jump out with a camera crew to us . After being at the pool for a few hours my son starts to chuck his guts up so not sure if it was from the food or the water and the following day he has severe Diarrhoea. Then my daughter has the same on the day we leave 6 days later . Being English you certainly don’t want reheated food most of the week so we had to find food elsewhere . The music around the pool area is a looping cd that’s played every day that’s so loud you can’t even talk to people and hear what they’re saying . The only good thing about this hotel is a guy called mo who is a photographer who does family photos for your family . He’s super professional and really done a good job with us was really friendly and really good with my kids couldn’t fault him .

I would not advise any British person to go here you walk on egg shells told to sush food is terrible you end up eating out rooms are basic no kids entertainment staff are rude we was threanted to be kicked out was made to sign a contact I came home 3 days earlier paid for extra flights just rude your pushed aside for there own language barrier is massive really had a horrible experience being a single mom worked hard to pure disappointment Don’t waste your money !!! I wouldn’t even rate this hotel 1 star. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and this was apparent from the very first night we arrived. We arrived around 10:30pm on the 30th of August, after a long day travelling we were shown to our rooms where we dropped off our luggage and went down stairs to get some drinks and snacks. After not even 20 minutes of being down stairs, staff told us that we had to be quiet and stop making so much noise, baring in mind there were multiple tables making noise but they were not told to be quiet. As it was a long day, we decided to finish our drinks and head off to bed. The next day came and we went down for breakfast, to find only 6 trays of hot food. The food was absolutely disgusting with no flavour or selection whatsoever. There was no kids menu or different options. The other members of the hotel had no manners and even tried to push in front of a child who was queuing up for food. The staff would completely ignore you at the bar and they would serve their own people first, even when you have been waiting there longer. The night bar staff are weird and kept asking for my social media and if I was here with my boyfriend. The food menus are the same everyday in the main restaurant and the snack bar. They only offer 3 spirits in their all inclusive package which they do not make you aware of until you arrive, slushes & cocktails are an extra charge. The fizzy drinks that they offer are flat and come out as froth rather than an actual drink. We ended up eating out every single day due to the food. The entertainment is the same throughout the day and is only on until 10:30pm on the night where you are then expected to leave and go back up to your room, if you don’t you are constantly told to be quiet or they will get security. The second day we was there, we was about to leave to go and do an excursion where the manager approached a member of our party to tell us that 2 members will be kicked out of the hotel on our return due to making too much noise the night before and arguing with the security. We contacted our “rep” who we met with when we returned back to the hotel for him to just moan about the fact we never booked our excursions through him and if we booked our next excursion through him he would speak to the manager and ask him to allow the two people to stay. At this point we was left with no other choice but to book the excursions and we was then told that nobody would be kicked out of the hotel. We booked the land of legends excursion which totalled at £1250. After being in the water park all day with children, we contacted the “rep” who we booked with to ask if we could be collected at 9pm as opposed to 11pm due to the children being tired, he told us no and it was not his problem. Luckily, we had the number of our driver who was more than happy to come and collect us early. RACIST HOTEL- avoid if British !!! Awful experience staff are rude and only serve there own can’t make any noise or have any fun what so ever they serve people in front of you and shooo you away , hotel is basic , food is vile would not come again

Our stay at this hotel was sadly far below expectations for what’s advertised as an “ultra all-inclusive” resort. To begin with, air conditioning was nearly non-existent, which made it very uncomfortable, especially with Antalya’s intense humidity.Hygiene was unacceptable, especially in the restaurant, where cleanliness should be a basic standard. Forks and knives were often dirty, and the overall sanitary conditions were poor.Some of the staff, especially the female receptionists, were unfriendly and unhelpful. However, I want to say that the waiter staff were kind and respectful, and I especially want to thank the guy at the snack bar, who was always polite, welcoming, and professional. He truly made a difference during our stay.There was no bottled water, only water from machines, which doesn’t meet the standard of an all-inclusive hotel. The rooms were very old and clearly in need of renovation, with outdated furniture and fixtures.The food overall was below average, but I must say the gözlemes at the snack bar were actually quite tasty.However, the woman preparing them caused more stress than anything else. One day, I took some gözleme for my daughter. A few minutes later, my husband went to get some for himself, but the woman rudely refused to serve him, saying “Your wife already took some to go outside, and that’s not allowed.” First of all, that’s not her job — it’s the waiters’ responsibility, not hers. Second, the way she spoke to us was completely out of line and unprofessional, especially in an all-inclusive hotel where guests are entitled to food without being questioned or controlled. To make matters worse, her attitude toward non-Turkish guests was clearly unfriendly. I personally felt unwelcome and even judged by her, which is absolutely unacceptable in a hospitality environment. She made me feel crazy with her behavior, and it was one of the worst parts of our stay. In conclusion, aside from the respectful waiter staff, especially the kind man at the snack bar, this hotel was a letdown. Poor hygiene, outdated rooms, rude and unprofessional behavior, and a lack of proper guest treatment made this a frustrating experience. I would not return, and I do not recommend it to others.

I'm here and I can say this is the worst hotel when it comes to organization. The lobby bar should be open 24 hours, but it is never open. There is only one person working at the bar, and it is crowded at 9 o'clock, which is the busiest time. There is no ice, no juice. This is not possible. Very disappointed.

This was the worst place I stayed in, I have visited Turkey many times but this resort is something out of this world. First of all the staff are so rude I can’t explain this level of rudeness to anyone, and very little staff speak English. The shower in my room leaked I tried explaining the issue to reception to be met by Advina I think her name is, but I will call her miss Trunchaball from Matilda because that’s who she was. While telling her and explaining the issues she rolled her eyes, huffed and started serving Russian customers.She then said she will send maintenance to the room speaking to the other staff in Turkish. I may not understand Turkish but she was obviously talking about me as they both shook heads and her body language and manners clearly showed this. The maintenance man came which he couldn’t speak a word of English tried showing and explains to him what the issue was, he swapped the shower head and just put silicone down. The shower still leaked and my kids kept falling in the end I just got a mop of the cleaner because you just couldn’t win. The third night was woken up in the middle of the night by a drunken couple fighting and banging in the room next to me. This went on for over an hour the police was called and scared my children at one point I thought they were going to come through the wall. I rang reception to be told the police are dealing with this incident I was frightened to leave my room. The police turned up all noise, banging shouting, continued until another half an hour. Twice the police came to this hotel and it’s not family friendly at all. The rooms are really old small, what is advertised as a family room you don’t get you get a room and my baby travel cot was squashed against a wall and there was no room to move. The floor on the tiles had bits missing and my one year old baby kept falling over the dents on the floor. The food is shocking all cater for Russians even labelled in Russian and Turkish so if you got allergies or intolerances this is the worst place. The food is not fit to eat it all boiled and bland and the Russians just push the queue, push you out the way and they always get served first. They turn the air conditioning off in the lobby is the evening so it’s humid and you can’t sit or do anything. There was so many racist incidents and the staff just brush it off, and one girl complained and was told the Russians pay more so they get first priority over everything. The top floors smell of sewage and drainage and honestly it makes you sick, you get the odd whiff of it around the hotel makes you sick. If your Russian this hotel is for you and they don’t cater and hate the British , breakfast doesn’t even have a toaster there’s one panini maker which you can use to make toast but it’s always dirty and if your a vegetarian you won’t be able to use it, no omelette maker just your traditional Russian breakfast and some cereal so I didn’t eat breakfast at all.
