My husband and I vacationed from October 22nd to 27th. It was my first vacation in Turkey. We were both very pleased. The beach was on the hotel grounds, there were three dining options, a wide selection of dishes, and refrigerators stocked with drinks at every corner. The staff was super friendly. We were delighted with the hotel hairdresser; the guys were true professionals, and the prices were a pleasant surprise. A big shout out to the guys on the photo team. Alanya is a 15-minute drive away. Shopping centers are within walking distance. Words can't describe everything; you have to visit.

A good hotel, but very large. We stayed in June 2022. There were so many people that we had to wait in line everywhere, but this didn't detract from our enjoyable stay. Very clean and beautiful grounds.

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean.

I have visited various hotels in Turkey but they get better every time. SAPHIR got a 5 for me. We are family of 4 and booked the quad deluxe villa, which came with two rooms. The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks. We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee. The hotel is well maintained and looked after. All the staff work hard to please the guests and make their stay a holiday to remember A special thank you to Mr Isik for his kindness and generosity. I will be returning to this hotel again and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a 5-star hotel!

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The property itself is very small, with no real places to sit back and enjoy the view. There’s no café or pool for "adults-only". The food selection is very poor – in other hotels you usually find several choices of veal, chicken, lamb, different types of fish and even shrimp, but here there’s basically only one option for each. For a place that advertises itself as “ultra all-inclusive”, it’s surprising that the in-room safe is a paid service. The minibar only has four types of soda – no juice, no snacks or sweets. Towels are another issue: wet ones cannot be exchanged during the day. You have to return your towel in the evening to get a card, and only the next morning you can pick up a new one. If you need a fresh towel during the day – forget it. The beach is also very small, around 80 meters long. On top of that, the shoreline is not clean – the hotels in this area don’t bother to tidy it up, so you’ll often see bottles and napkins lying around.

We are very disappointed with the hotel, the service, the staff (except for one bar employee, Dominic, who not only made the best cocktails, but also chatted, joked and always had a smile). The other staff were so unpleasant, mad, even aggressively and harshly demanded tips while bringing drinks. And now about the rooms, I don't know about the other rooms, but we were disappointed with ours. We had bought a villa and when we arrived at the hotel we asked if it was possible to get a room next to our friends because we were a big group of friends. So we got a room for the disabled, although my husband and I are healthy. The entire room and bathroom are only for the disabled, during the shower in the bathroom all the water ran into the room. The toilet flush button did not work. The entire room and bathroom are full of mosquitoes, so my husband and I are bitten. Every night when we went to bed we got to kill the mosquitoes, which were really many, and we didn't understand where they were coming from until we found the ventilation hole in the wall, so we got to cover it with towels and toilet paper, but it was still full of mosquitoes because they get in when we opened the door to go in or leave the room. The cleaners didn't knock on the door and immediately entered the room, friends said they even put a card on it to say do not disturb, the cleaner entered the room and looked for something in the wardrobe, and when my friend saw her and asked what she is doing she quickly left. We are always travelling but never ever had that bad experience about hotels and staff

I enjoyed everything, with the exception of the beach (kids outright refused to go into the water because of the stones but that is not an issue if you are fine with pools), the kids club team (again, this year my kids - 6Y and 8Y - felt this was not interesting enough and I felt that the animations team was not really invested) and the main entertainer (the guy that announced the shows, who had their birthdays, congratulated them in terrible English/Russian, sang totally off key and was a source of second hand embarassment). Food was great, drinks various and free, different places to eat at any time, helpful staff, different and interesting shows each night. A lot of Lithuanians and Russians (staff mostly speak Russian, some English and some quite good Lithuanian). A shopping mall is nearby. We were told wi-fi is only in the lobby, but it worked well in our rooms on 3rd floor
