Unbelievable! Stay away from there!
Today I was there and asked for their number. They - and I'm not kidding- asked "Why?"!
I sayed "to make a reservation" and then the problem began: they didn't gave it to me. They didn't even understand.
Filthy animals!

I went there based on the last review, which said it was clean and nice, but I regretted it after seeing the room. There was no cleanliness, and it smelled terrible. The bathroom and toilet were awful; not to mention, there wasn't even soap.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't experience any problems. I was hesitant after seeing the negative reviews, but when we arrived, the hotel owners and staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel's location is very advantageous, right in the city center. Being next to a beautiful river that runs through the city, it's ideal for fresh air, and the abundance of social spaces made it very convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Regardless, we are all customers and we have customers, but no one needs to be harsh with their customers, which is against business ethics. The rooms are spacious, but there are no slippers, no towels, no shampoo, and you can be treated like a liar or a thief when you say they don't exist. Good location only. It is clear that even if you are going to do business or daily accommodation, do not do it.

Even 1 point is too disrespectful to the hotel and they put a man who does not know how to talk to the guest at the reception, and a thousand witnesses are needed to say reception. The rooms are old, there was no shampoo and toilet paper when we checked in, I don't understand how they clean and give them to the guest. I never recommend a place that does not know what hotel management means, and you can stay in a cleaner place with more friendly employees and the unnecessary expensive money you spend here.

Rooms are not nice at all, it's a pity for the money we pay, very expensive and poor quality bathroom slippers, towels smell, bed linens have dirty hair, you always want something, it comes too late, it's a place far below expectations
