The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea

My brother went back the next day and asked again, and suddenly they did have one available — so we managed to rent it after all. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that didn’t work

It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this

Otherwise, the beach was nice, the food was varied, the cleaning was good, and the hotel itself looked lovely — but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations

Staff spoke limited English, which made communication difficult. For example, when we asked to rent a stroller, we were told they didn’t have any, even after showing a picture

The kids loved playing there as long as it was turned off, but they quickly got cold. There were an extremely high number of Russian guests both at the hotel and in the area

It is very pleasant to eat surrounded by palm trees and admire the sea! Remoteness from big cities is a huge plus of the hotel. In general, a wonderful vacation for little money

Fruits are always moderately sweet watermelons, melons, delicious Golden and Gala apples. A huge assortment of both fresh vegetables and salad variations, greens. Olives, olives, cheeses, in a large assortment

There are no special delicacies from food, but no one will remain hungry, there is always chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and fish every day. Large selection of side dishes from rice, potatoes, beans, to pasta

I liked the hammam, the golden hands of the masseurs. Volleyball on the beach, thanks to the animator Timur, made it possible to brighten up the rest. The nearby cemetery did not bother me

After staying 5 days at Maya on a official visit for a family wedding 💑 at Antalya, me and my wife enjoyed our stay at Maya World Hotel as its very close to local cities of Side and Manavgat, Maya in good location to get around

The hotel is very modern and very nice, the personal are very polite and friendly, the beach is nice. The food and drinks are the best !

The thing that has made this holiday as great as it has been is the staff, all staff have been super friendly and helpful

We requested a room move to a pool view on our first day and after a bit of a wait we were moved room and greeted with a bottle of red wine, cake and a fruit hamper from the manageress

A big plus is the beautiful, well-kept hotel beach located directly at the resort, which is also suitable for small children thanks to its gentle entrance into the sea

We stayed at AQI Pegasos World with our children at the end of October 2025 and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels pleasant and welcoming

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

The main highlight is the huge pool and the water park, which the kids absolutely loved and which kept us entertained throughout the stay

Food was lovely, only bad was breakfast time as didn’t like it. Water sports were good and if your going out go into side and go Guven restaurant, they do the most amazing food, and the views are amazing

We have booked again for 2026, we never go the same place twice but this is a must. The other problem we only had was sunbed wars, you need to wake around 6am. Wish the staff would stop this happening

They have a courtesy room and suitcase lockers, if you have a late flight you can store your things safely and enjoy your day. The location could be better but it's only 10 minutes in a taxi to Sidè centre

This is our first time to Turkey and to a Blue Sensatori Hotel. I was a bit apprehensive at first as we normally use higher end hotel chains but, we decided to give this one a go for a fun family holiday

The grounds of the hotel were immaculately kept and there seemed to be lots of well thought out play areas with shade for those with young children without impacting the feel of the hotel for those without children

If I had to find one fault it would be that beside each bed on the wall are the switches for the lights and they have illuminated on/off LEDs which during the night when the whole room was dark shine quite brightly in your eyes

Amazing hotel for both couples and families. So well structured and run. So clean, spacious and a sea view from wherever you are. Great varied evening entertainment to suit all ages. Will definitely be returning.

Every mealtime was a joy and combined with the really good cocktails (made with name brand alcohol) at the bars it made the holiday really relaxing

We stayed at Asteria Collection Side in mid October. There are a lot of pros and cons with this hotel. Good Friendly staff, available 24 hours, and a good level of communication in English

6/10 Can't recommend it for holidays in August as 1) it is too crowded: crowds in restaurants and on the beach (sometimes it's even difficult to enter the sea); 2) the music in the hotel is too loud and plays all day long with short breaks until midnight (we had a room with a sea view, others might be better)

From the moment I arrived, I felt special thanks to the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist, with a smile, showed me all the hotel amenities and recommended several local attractions

A large selection of food is available, however if you want meat you will have to go away from the regular buffet area and get it from outside

Kivanc we play dart and i really like it here and we dance near the pool through out the day.

My server was friendly and attentive, and the games keeper was friendly too and taught me archery and golf! The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday

The facilities were beautiful. Flexible, friendly, nice disco every night. Quite inclusive for all languages even if they mainly spoke German and English

Our stay in Paloma Orenda was truly amazing. and very relaxing atmosphere and all sorts of activities. If you get tired laying on the sun beds. Zumba was the top activity we attended

The night program was amazing acrobatics, ice skating, circus show, music. Only downside is that the pools were a bit cold for end of October

The beach is not great for children because the water is quite deep with stones on the bottom and there were some waves

We are here for the second time this year and we love every minute of our break in this hotel! The animation team is so nice and helpful and we are all having a lot of fun with them! Games all day if you like, great shows, mini Disco and Entertainment in the evening! The DJ is very good! We haven‘t had one boring minute! Everywhere is clean! We will be back next year:)

From the warm welcome from the Porter, despite it being 4:00am, to the lovely waiting staff and bartenders, the staff all made you feel welcome and at home

You get a stocked mini-fridge which is refilled each day, although, a bottle opener would make getting in to the soft drink bottles much easier! Overall, no real complaints, I would definitely visit again and am keen to explore some of the other Paloma properties if this is the standard we can expect

We stayed at Monachus Family Resort in Sorgun two years ago, back when it was still part of the Seven Seas group. We had a fantastic experience that still stands out

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match what we anticipated from a hotel of this category. The rooms are spacious, which we appreciated, but they felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovation

I could write so much about this hotel, from the fantastic coffee at the coffee bar, slides for the kids and even a river rapids which was so fun. Bilal the mixologist wizard at the terrace bar needs a special mention

There was an afternoon pasta station near the beach, which sounded promising but was poorly managed. One staff member was responsible for cooking everything fresh, leading to very long wait times

There were nice beach, but unfortunately during our stay there was always full and we had a problem to find free place. Sea was clean and had good temperature

We did find it eventually! Food, as per usual was wonderful. We enjoyed all of the options on offer and highly recommend that all restaurants are tried at least once (the supplements are entirely worth it!)

Her team are excellent and they all did as much as they could to take care of us. I recall Yaşar went out of his way to try and help us locate my son’s lost iPhone

Just got back from 10 nights here, what a fantastic holiday. Straight from the off knew we had picked well, nice rooms and great location, only a little Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel to Side Old Town

Rested in January 2017, unfortunately were disappointed with the hotel as it did not work and poor service, we had all inclusive, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner food was very little, maybe it was not the season, a large number of Germans, which serve much better than Russian, nice beach, nearby the hunger of side and Manavgat can be reached by bus and walk!

The room was spacious and clean, with daily top-ups of the mini bar, again free of charge. Clean towels daily and a freshen up around the room. I would recommend for all ages, families, singles and children

Stayed here for a week during September, ideal location as its only a 15min walk to the sea front or a 10euro taxi

The staff were great, friendly and always available to help if needed! Rooms were basic but its a place to sleep and that's it for us, we spent most the holiday out and about, didnt use the pool but it always seemed busy around the pool side

I hope the hotel looks into this as the horse's are skin n bone, no water or food between treks or anything. I trust you would look into this please, if you look into their recent reviews you will see what i mean

Would definitely go back! The rep for the excursions needs to look into the horse riding that they offer, the horses arent in good shape and its not a good look for the hotel or the company offering excursions

The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach morning and late afternoon but the pool is good enough to stay by. All in all great value hotel at a very reasonable price

On arrival the locality doesn’t look promising but you soon realise you are in the centre of things with plenty of shops and cafes nearby

Amazing luxury stay at Jadore Deluxe Hotel. Comfort and high quality, starting from the delicious food to the very kind stuff, with Agah on top from guest relations

All the other food was very tasty: red fish, dorodo, sebas, swordfish, amazing beef tongue 👅, gozleme super 👍, ice cream, chocolate spread, pancakes, porridge, milk, cornflakes, nuts, stewed beef, lamb, Turkish meat, coffee, tea, juices, pizza, turkey, eggs (even signed for how many minutes they were cooked), cheeses, olives, fruits, vegetables, herbs and this is not the whole list

Had a lovely 10 days here with the mrs for her birthday. Day 1 we treated ourselves to the VIP massage package in the hotel which was amazing, 2 hours of pure relaxation (must admit I believe i fell asleep a few times)

On our last day we went back to get abother massage to finish off the week. Service in the spa is brilliant, loveley staff, professional and service is exactly what you want

We are on holiday from November 6 to 14, the weather is great, the air is clean. The sea is great, we swim every day. The hotel is big, the pool and slides are already cool

We had an amazing time at Oasis spa - 10/10 and would definitely go again! Highly recommend I’ve been here 3 times and it has been a great experience every time

We had a room on the 6th floor, which was very clean and quiet. Our friends got the first floor – which was noisy and lacked consistency on the cleaner’s schedule

Only concern was lack of toilets, which result in main toilets inside hotel entertainment area are extremely busy, which result in slippery surfaces in & around areas where people traffic need to go, so many many more wet floor & slippery floor signs needed

We came as a couple in our 70's and had a brilliant holiday. The hotel is a mix of nationalities and ages, which we prefer. Everything exceeded our expectations

The only thing i would recommend is an extra toilet somewhere around the bar at the sea. Sometimes you have to walk a little far. In the end a very good hotel to recommend, i think we would come back once more👌

The beach was sand and some gravel with hotel sunbeds (free of charge). The sea was clean and warm, but there were large areas of hidden rocks, which made it a bit awkward to wade out and swim

The room also had a fabulous view of the grounds and the sea. I cannot imagine why anyone would criticise the food. So much choice and so many restaurants and bars

All this and lovely pools set in beautiful, spacious grounds with plenty of sunbeds. You can go a la carte if you want a change, but we didn't bother. They catered for children and people who prefer plainer food as well

Highly recommend giving the turkish pancakes a try at every opportunity, I have been given the basic recipe so I can try to recreate them at home- fingers crossed I can get them close to what we were served at the Kentia

Just had the most wonderful 2 weeks at the Kentia apartments in Side. The food was different every day and plenty of choice, the apartment was spacious and clean and all the staff were fantastic

When you arrive at the hotel you think you are in the middle of nowhere, no shops, bars or other restaurants! If you put into google maps - Side harbour, Side Mall you can walk for a couple of Kilometres and find the beautiful harbour with lots of shops, bars and restaurants! We ate out most nights and it was very reasonably priced - we recommend Thyma restaurant in the harbour

But what made my stay truly special was that I received a marriage proposal here! 💍 The hotel staff went above and beyond to organize everything — from the romantic decorations to the perfect timing and setting on the pier

everything 10 stars, delicious Turkish food, a huge selection of dishes and extra eastern cuisine, perfect service, clean, azure water in numerous swimming pools, a pebble beach with a sandbank a few steps from the hotel
