Rooms, entertainment, children's recreation, beach, food - everything pleased (we had never found such a complete hit in our request before)

We were a group of eight staying here, and although the hotel and beach were beautiful, there were quite a few problems that affected our stay

It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this

We had a really nice stay here and spent a wonderful, relaxing time by the beach. Warm sea, beautiful garden area, and delicious local food – that’s what we’ll remember the most

Otherwise, the beach was nice, the food was varied, the cleaning was good, and the hotel itself looked lovely — but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations

The restaurant and lobby bar staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was truly excellent – fresh, full of flavor, and with a great variety every day

I liked the hammam, the golden hands of the masseurs. Volleyball on the beach, thanks to the animator Timur, made it possible to brighten up the rest. The nearby cemetery did not bother me

The owners save on everything. The food is monotonous, but tasty. The staff is very hardworking, welcoming, friendly. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every three days

Fruits are always moderately sweet watermelons, melons, delicious Golden and Gala apples. A huge assortment of both fresh vegetables and salad variations, greens. Olives, olives, cheeses, in a large assortment

There are no special delicacies from food, but no one will remain hungry, there is always chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and fish every day. Large selection of side dishes from rice, potatoes, beans, to pasta

It is very pleasant to eat surrounded by palm trees and admire the sea! Remoteness from big cities is a huge plus of the hotel. In general, a wonderful vacation for little money

Rested from June 10 to June 20 (two pairs),I liked everything, the kitchen is gorgeous, the sea was warm and our beach is wonderful, rooms are quite good, drinks are different, but you need to ask what you want, there is almost everything

I had a wonderful stay at Lake & River Side Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful

Our stay at Marvida Family Eco was amazing. We loved the location, we found the hotel clean and well organized and we enjoyed our time there. The entertainment and the service offered for the kids are also a huge plus

We stayed in October, lovely hotel, great entertainment; very thoughtful personal. Girls from guest services were very helpful with our little health issue. Overall nice holiday and we are coming this year again

Marvida Family Eco is a wonderful choice for families, especially those traveling with kids. The property features beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a lovely, comfortable private beach that’s perfect for relaxing

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Although it is not directly on the beach, the beach is close and easy to reach, and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing

The Kid's club staff was nice and engaged with all the kids and they had great ideas to entertain them. We would like to thank Anna for the time she spent with our kid and with the passion she does her job everyday

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and comfortable, making it a nice place to unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful without being overbearing, which we appreciated

A big plus is the beautiful, well-kept hotel beach located directly at the resort, which is also suitable for small children thanks to its gentle entrance into the sea

We have booked again for 2026, we never go the same place twice but this is a must. The other problem we only had was sunbed wars, you need to wake around 6am. Wish the staff would stop this happening

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children

Food was lovely, only bad was breakfast time as didn’t like it. Water sports were good and if your going out go into side and go Guven restaurant, they do the most amazing food, and the views are amazing

All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our favourite staff were the entertainment staff who done the darts. Kids played darts every night and went on the pool tables

They have a courtesy room and suitcase lockers, if you have a late flight you can store your things safely and enjoy your day. The location could be better but it's only 10 minutes in a taxi to Sidè centre

This is our first time to Turkey and to a Blue Sensatori Hotel. I was a bit apprehensive at first as we normally use higher end hotel chains but, we decided to give this one a go for a fun family holiday

Beyond the food and relaxation, there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. I tried archery, and it was a lot of fun—the instructor was excellent, and the overall experience was enjoyable

The location is beautiful, the staff incredible and the food outstanding. There were lots of activities for adults and kids and the hotel is nicely separated for adults and kids zone

Every day I took walks outside the resort along the beach and from what I could tell this hotel was by far the best on that stretch of beach

My only 2 criticisms would be the opening times of the kids club (10-12h and 14-16h only) as it should be longer really, and the fact that the gratuity boxes are split for the different service areas (housekeeping, gardening, etc) when it really should be one gratuity box split for all staff members

Great atmosphere, not a big entertainment team but enough to keep us occupied for the week, all staff were polite and reasonable, the location is very ideal within a walk to the beach aswell as local markets and many restaurants

Loved it here and had another great holiday in Turkey. Great beaches, lovely staff and fresh food. Will be back again

First of all, ill start with the negative. Although my stay overall was lovely, The main issue my family had was the rooms. Our shower and our balcony door was broken

Since we were on a family vacation, I didn’t mind walking to the lobby for 10 minutes of internet access from time to time. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, my request for room with a sunny balcony and high floor was arranged. The room was clean & the bed was huge and comfortable. The pool is clean and I was always able to get a sunbed

Restaurant and pubs near Old town 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes in taxi, beach also 20 min walk!

Hotel very clean and tidy Beds really big! Pool clean a good size! Enough sun lounges for everyone. Bar and food very good! Staff at reception very good also happy to help! Very good value for money

Wow this hotel is so welcoming from the point we arrived to the point we left. Great service the young lady managing the hotel really knows how to be a host. The pool was unreal very relaxing

Once you know the location is was easy to walk to old town

The resort has a beach aswell that looks into the beautiful ocean. 1 complaint is that the way up to the slides is very dangerous because its soaking wet so falling is'nt hard. I hope my review was usefull

This is quite a large hotel, we are usually there off peak and typically 50 % occupancy so fully occupied might be different. Road access is easy with frequent busses to the surrounding towns and Roman sites

The sandy beach was perfect for all 4 of us. We’re usually quite hesitant about all-inclusive resorts, as the quality often doesn’t meet expectations, but this one exceeded them in every way

Overall, we enjoyed our two week holiday at this 5* hotel. The Spa, room, staff everywhere in the hotel, restaurants, drinks, the gardens and beach were all 5*

I think that there is a beach but l never got there

The kids’ club was fantastic, with a full schedule of fun and creative activities — our children were never bored! We truly felt spoiled by everyone’s warmth and hospitality throughout our stay

The bar has everything you need: beer, vodka, whiskey, gin, crayfish, cola, sprite. It is a bit far from the sea (15-20 minutes on foot), but there is a shuttle service. The hotel has a very pleasant, calm atmosphere

The hotel is good, the rooms are large and beautiful. There is a large TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning in the room. The food is decent, nothing fancy, but you won't go hungry

very boring food everyday the same thing but no one got ill. rooms need TLC and a deep clean in the bathroom especially shower area. a bit out of the way but a few bars around. The corner Bar was my favourite

Room cleaning: don't use blue towels, they smell worse than you. You can see the yellowish stains on the white towels. They clean the room every day, it's okay

Brilliant free shuttle bus to the beach which you will need, Easy Jets 25 minute walk is a bit ambitious to say the least. We have had a fabulous holiday and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel next year

Just got back from 10 nights here, what a fantastic holiday. Straight from the off knew we had picked well, nice rooms and great location, only a little Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel to Side Old Town

First morning and right through to the last one, no Sunbed wars, even after a morning t the Bazaar came back and plenty of beds I all the different locations

Nice touch as well for a birthday, towel decorations on the bed and cake brought to the room. Definitely recommend this place

You have plenty of facilities, there’s a coffee house, smoothie bar, beach bar and snacks, pool bar etc

Very Nice location and very ice room for the price, the personal are helpful and kind. Its close to the Beach and central to walk shops. Roms are clean and big, i could give 10 stars to cleaning if it was possible

However, the hotel is a bit old, so it seems not very clean, especially the pillowcases, quilt covers, towels and other disposable items. But he was still worthy of the price

After all, it was 380 per night, so he couldn't ask for too much. And it's quite close to the side by car. If you don't mind the trouble of carrying luggage, it might be better to live in the side ancient city

The rooms are very spacious, there is always hot water, there is Wi-Fi, which is important for people from other countries. It is also worth noting that the hotel is not noisy if you do not like a noisy rest

Hotel is very nice food is amazing you can use the bar 24/7 and the stuff was so good. If you have a problem about anything they sorted it out straight away

The room was spacious and clean, with daily top-ups of the mini bar, again free of charge. Clean towels daily and a freshen up around the room. I would recommend for all ages, families, singles and children

I hope the hotel looks into this as the horse's are skin n bone, no water or food between treks or anything. I trust you would look into this please, if you look into their recent reviews you will see what i mean

Would definitely go back! The rep for the excursions needs to look into the horse riding that they offer, the horses arent in good shape and its not a good look for the hotel or the company offering excursions

Very friendly staff, pool was lovely, the food was amazing (especially dinner). The rooms were cleaned regularly, 10 min walk to the centre and old town, would come back definitely

Stayed here for a week during September, ideal location as its only a 15min walk to the sea front or a 10euro taxi

The staff were great, friendly and always available to help if needed! Rooms were basic but its a place to sleep and that's it for us, we spent most the holiday out and about, didnt use the pool but it always seemed busy around the pool side

There is a mosque next to hotel and yes you do have to pay extra for air conditioning but I would most certainly stay here again and already recommend to family and friends

Pools- There are areas where they have sunbeds under the shade, which is good when it is really hot. Probably like everywhere else people put the towels on the sunbeds for all day not even coming back

The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people

During nowadays pandemic days,the safety and cleaning are the most important and we feel it everywhere in this hotel. On the arriving day we received flowers, fruit and non alcoholic champagne
