Rooms, entertainment, children's recreation, beach, food - everything pleased (we had never found such a complete hit in our request before)

We were a group of eight staying here, and although the hotel and beach were beautiful, there were quite a few problems that affected our stay

It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this

We had a really nice stay here and spent a wonderful, relaxing time by the beach. Warm sea, beautiful garden area, and delicious local food – that’s what we’ll remember the most

Otherwise, the beach was nice, the food was varied, the cleaning was good, and the hotel itself looked lovely — but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations

The restaurant and lobby bar staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was truly excellent – fresh, full of flavor, and with a great variety every day

The owners save on everything. The food is monotonous, but tasty. The staff is very hardworking, welcoming, friendly. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every three days

I liked the hammam, the golden hands of the masseurs. Volleyball on the beach, thanks to the animator Timur, made it possible to brighten up the rest. The nearby cemetery did not bother me

Fruits are always moderately sweet watermelons, melons, delicious Golden and Gala apples. A huge assortment of both fresh vegetables and salad variations, greens. Olives, olives, cheeses, in a large assortment

There are no special delicacies from food, but no one will remain hungry, there is always chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and fish every day. Large selection of side dishes from rice, potatoes, beans, to pasta

Clean room, polite staff, communicate in Turkish and English, are always ready to help.

What can I fault absolutely nothing wether it be for meal or adjust a coffee this place is outstanding

While it may show some signs of wear and tear, this adds to the unique character of the place. One of the highlights is the friendly and kind staff, who are known for their genuine hospitality

They provide a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring a pleasant experience. Visitors appreciate the cozy and serene atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for those looking to relax

River Butik Manavgat is described as a charming place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It has a small and vintage character, which creates a nostalgic vibe

The services and prices are generally considered reasonable. It's a great option for those who want to spend some time in nature, particularly by the riverside

Rested from June 10 to June 20 (two pairs),I liked everything, the kitchen is gorgeous, the sea was warm and our beach is wonderful, rooms are quite good, drinks are different, but you need to ask what you want, there is almost everything

I had a wonderful stay at Lake & River Side Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful

A special thanks to Emil, the bartender, who made absolutely amazing cocktails – perfectly balanced, beautifully served, and always prepared with great passion

We'd like to sincerely thank Emin, the best and kindest bartender we've ever had the pleasure of meeting! From the very first moment, we knew this wouldn't be an ordinary visit – his smile, positive energy, and approachable approach made us feel like we were visiting an old friend

He not only served delicious drinks, but also created an atmosphere that made our time there absolutely special

Nearby plenty of Bazaars, fake well-known luxury brands in a poor quality. This shouldn’t be allowed honestly, waste producing, the stuff will not last long and will end in he trash anyway

The sea is nice, not crowds, hotel has own area on the beach to you find you place under to lay in the shadow conveniently, bar offer is fine including good eating

Turks here were mostly nice, for some you could clearly see the pretend the friendliness and when you doeasnt want to buy or pay for something that changes the facial expression

Staff does not speak English Wifi was not working/ no wifi in rooms Cold water 2 out of 5 days! Loud music starting around 11pm until 3am from some place outside the hotel, impossible to sleep.

Really nice hotel, good value for the money. All inclusive option grants you food and drinks during all the day, the food is just great and you can choose from so many options

Our room was very smelly and dirty and has only been cleaned twice during our entire stay. We never got fresh towels unless we complained at the reception. The pool is small but clean and doesn't get to crowded

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Although it is not directly on the beach, the beach is close and easy to reach, and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing

Marvida Family Eco is a wonderful choice for families, especially those traveling with kids. The property features beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a lovely, comfortable private beach that’s perfect for relaxing

We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful October weather - sunny, warm, and perfect for both beach time and exploring. The hotel is not far from the ancient town of Side, which is definitely worth a visit

The ambience throughout the resort is warm and relaxing, and the private beach is absolutely lovely, offering calm, clear water and plenty of space to unwind

The nearby beach was also a big plus, with good all-inclusive facilities and a free shuttle running every 30 minutes, or it’s just a short walk away. The main downside was the noise

The staff of guest services were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. We’ve already booked for the new season and can’t wait to visit again!

A big plus is the beautiful, well-kept hotel beach located directly at the resort, which is also suitable for small children thanks to its gentle entrance into the sea

We have booked again for 2026, we never go the same place twice but this is a must. The other problem we only had was sunbed wars, you need to wake around 6am. Wish the staff would stop this happening

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children

Food was lovely, only bad was breakfast time as didn’t like it. Water sports were good and if your going out go into side and go Guven restaurant, they do the most amazing food, and the views are amazing

All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our favourite staff were the entertainment staff who done the darts. Kids played darts every night and went on the pool tables

My only 2 criticisms would be the opening times of the kids club (10-12h and 14-16h only) as it should be longer really, and the fact that the gratuity boxes are split for the different service areas (housekeeping, gardening, etc) when it really should be one gratuity box split for all staff members

Every day I took walks outside the resort along the beach and from what I could tell this hotel was by far the best on that stretch of beach

I used the sauna in the spa every day and liked that there was a large adult pool with jacuzzi to escape to if you dont have young children and fancied a break

We sent our daughter to kids club every day and she loved it. A special thank you to Charlie and Melike for looking after her so well and being so kind

Every mealtime was a joy and combined with the really good cocktails (made with name brand alcohol) at the bars it made the holiday really relaxing

Great atmosphere, not a big entertainment team but enough to keep us occupied for the week, all staff were polite and reasonable, the location is very ideal within a walk to the beach aswell as local markets and many restaurants

Loved it here and had another great holiday in Turkey. Great beaches, lovely staff and fresh food. Will be back again

First of all, ill start with the negative. Although my stay overall was lovely, The main issue my family had was the rooms. Our shower and our balcony door was broken

Since we were on a family vacation, I didn’t mind walking to the lobby for 10 minutes of internet access from time to time. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, my request for room with a sunny balcony and high floor was arranged. The room was clean & the bed was huge and comfortable. The pool is clean and I was always able to get a sunbed

Wow this hotel is so welcoming from the point we arrived to the point we left. Great service the young lady managing the hotel really knows how to be a host. The pool was unreal very relaxing

Note- this is not a 5* hotel, however it has been the most amazing at providing the best hospitality for me! Its not always about luxury, the peaceful cosy environment and positive attitude of staff really did make this place an excellent hotel for me!

Rooms are perfectly sufficient for this price and would come back immediately next year. Can only recommend everyone to eat directly in the hotel. Very tasty and inexpensive I can also highly recommend the cocktails

The hotel was great, rooms were immaculate, comfortable and very spacious. The restaurant was very flexible (much appreciated!) and the cook deserves special credits! My couple days went amazing here

We stayed at Asteria Collection Side in mid October. There are a lot of pros and cons with this hotel. Good Friendly staff, available 24 hours, and a good level of communication in English

Although a fresh kick of paint had been applied, this does not cover up the mould in the shower, and terrible drainage system. There was a massive extractor fan outside of our room

We measured this at 72dB all day and night. This is similar to a loud car ride. A transfer service is available within the hotel, however is very expensive

The resort has a beach aswell that looks into the beautiful ocean. 1 complaint is that the way up to the slides is very dangerous because its soaking wet so falling is'nt hard. I hope my review was usefull

This is quite a large hotel, we are usually there off peak and typically 50 % occupancy so fully occupied might be different. Road access is easy with frequent busses to the surrounding towns and Roman sites

The sandy beach was perfect for all 4 of us. We’re usually quite hesitant about all-inclusive resorts, as the quality often doesn’t meet expectations, but this one exceeded them in every way

Overall, we enjoyed our two week holiday at this 5* hotel. The Spa, room, staff everywhere in the hotel, restaurants, drinks, the gardens and beach were all 5*

I think that there is a beach but l never got there

Brilliant free shuttle bus to the beach which you will need, Easy Jets 25 minute walk is a bit ambitious to say the least. We have had a fabulous holiday and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel next year

Don’t expect five star luxury but you will get five star service and attention

We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The staff greeted us on arrival, taking our luggage in and to the rooms

The swimming pool was lovely, large and clean, aswell as the whole area and dining was continuously swept and cleaned. The food was plentiful and tasty, lots of choices, salads, main dish was different every day

What an amazing stay here all the staff are super friendly,and very helpful to sort out trips and baggage for us, and guests got to know as friends from this holiday go back next year

There was a spa/sauna, fitness room, small store, activity center for kids, playground, and places to play tennis/football/basketball. The location is a short drive from the Sorgun Çamiçip public beach

At night it was noisy from music at the bar and from neighboring properties. Unlike the Side Yesiloz, the Megasaray included internet, access to the room safe, and free alcohol (though I don't drink)

But starting in the afternoon you could get various sodas (or alcohol) to drink. There was also a patisserie hidden on the main floor where you could get various desserts and coffee even if lunch hadn't started yet

Google Maps doesn't give good information on local buses but the front desk was able to tell me how to get to the local mall (Nova Mall) to buy a simcard. It was easy and cheap taking the bus there

I also appreciated the plethora of cats on the premises. I had a work roommate and the room ended up being tight for the two of us. We managed to push the beds a little apart from each other

The staff was friendly and helpful - most of them spoke English as well. There was plentiful food which was above average. There were numerous amenities and other services available on site

The spa is very great and a real dream vacation. The beach is 3 minutes away from the hotel

Akalia Resort is a brand new hotel in a relaxing part of Side. Location is quite good, you can get to the Old Town in walking distance. You can get to the sea with Hotel Service Bus in 10 minutes

Really the hotel is a very nice and compact hotel. The hotel has been renovated and the owner has changed. This can be really felt from the hotel's rooms, the poolside and the restaurant

Our stay at Belissima Hotel was mixed. Breakfast was simple but fine – a small selection, but enough to start the day. The room was acceptable in size and comfort, but cleanliness was a major issue

Just got back from 10 nights here, what a fantastic holiday. Straight from the off knew we had picked well, nice rooms and great location, only a little Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel to Side Old Town

First morning and right through to the last one, no Sunbed wars, even after a morning t the Bazaar came back and plenty of beds I all the different locations

Nice touch as well for a birthday, towel decorations on the bed and cake brought to the room. Definitely recommend this place

After all, it was 380 per night, so he couldn't ask for too much. And it's quite close to the side by car. If you don't mind the trouble of carrying luggage, it might be better to live in the side ancient city

Me and my friend liked the hotel pool area beach and rooms were good and the stuff was the best they were very very nice we loved the animation

The room was spacious and clean, with daily top-ups of the mini bar, again free of charge. Clean towels daily and a freshen up around the room. I would recommend for all ages, families, singles and children

I hope the hotel looks into this as the horse's are skin n bone, no water or food between treks or anything. I trust you would look into this please, if you look into their recent reviews you will see what i mean

Would definitely go back! The rep for the excursions needs to look into the horse riding that they offer, the horses arent in good shape and its not a good look for the hotel or the company offering excursions

Stayed here for a week during September, ideal location as its only a 15min walk to the sea front or a 10euro taxi

The staff were great, friendly and always available to help if needed! Rooms were basic but its a place to sleep and that's it for us, we spent most the holiday out and about, didnt use the pool but it always seemed busy around the pool side

There is a mosque next to hotel and yes you do have to pay extra for air conditioning but I would most certainly stay here again and already recommend to family and friends

Pools- There are areas where they have sunbeds under the shade, which is good when it is really hot. Probably like everywhere else people put the towels on the sunbeds for all day not even coming back

For us, the hotel is in a great location, with a wonderful private beach. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is worthy of five stars

The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people

As someone who grew up listening to their music, it was a wonderful and nostalgic experience for me — especially considering the reasonable price we paid for the hotel

We would love to come back here again

It seems that cleaning is done mainly in the areas with sunbeds, while the rest of the beach along the water remains quite dirty
