Great location, quiet, few minutes to the beach where there are practically no stones so great price performance. The breakfast was great, swimming pool was clean, but the best part were the staff who were super helpful and friendly. Last but not least, there were lots of cute and friendly cats around the hotel.

This place is perfect for a quick stay in the beautiful city of Side. The villa was very quiet at the end of March. It is also close to the beach and other touristic attractions of Side. Great value for the price.

Cheap and very nice hotel which is Hosts by family, they are very helpful and you feel like home here.

We had bad experience due to room conditions and no breakfast served. Communicated over booking but no answer.

As soon as you enter the room, a bad smell created by old furniture welcomes you. The air conditioner also leaves a strange smell while cooling it. They gave me a room in the attic as a sea view room. When we wanted to change our room, they said they didn't have any available rooms. The refrigerator is not clean. No water, dustbin, slippers, shampoo, shower gel in the room. Breakfast is between 8-10 am, but there is nothing about breakfast at 8.35. We left the hotel without having breakfast. We stayed one night completely out of necessity. Don't be fooled by its ratings and reviews.

Great hospitality from the owners who are running a family business. Close to the seacoast, and center of Side. Feeling is like you are visiting your relatives and old friends... Great place to spend holiday.....
