It's ok. Most of the staff are great. The pool isn't huge but it's nice. Food is disappointing as an all inclusive guest, however as a restaurant visitor the food is delicious. All inclusive drinks is only served 10am to 10pm which was disappointing. Rooms were clean however 5 of 7 days the water was cold during the evening so showering was unpleasant but it was sorted out by the end of the week. For a cheap holiday you can't really complain to be fair. It's worth paying the extra £50pp going all inclusive just for the drinks, as you'll make a saving by the end of your stay, but it wouldn't surprise me if you decided to eat out most of the time.... That said it's so cheap you'll eat like royalty for next to nothing.

I'm surprised that animation still happens sometimes. What I managed to catch was a magic show and live music. Beach at 10min. accessibility on foot. There is a dolphin beach club: it is not recommended to ride because of the irregular transfer, in the heat it is torture to return on foot

Absolutely appalling. Food disgusting, covered in flys, hot food cold, cold food hot. I will try anything once, but omfg!! Eggs and maggots in food, food left out all day in temp upto +30° recipe for disaster. whole of place in dis-repair. Needs knocking down & rebuilding from scratch. Unclean unhygienic. Rude aggressive staff. Broken aircon, balcony glass broken and unsafe. Many people who checked in, checked straight out 3.5 stars my ass, more like minus 3.5 stars. Moved to another hotel only 2 days into a 14 day holiday. Someone entered our room at 2 am in the morning with their key card! !!!! shouldnt have happened......staff unapproachable and couldn't give a f**k attitude. Would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel in any shape or form.......Wouldn't put my worst enemy in this hotel... plenty nice hotels in side. Been moved by travel company after ringing them & sending them an email. New hotel bloody fantastic x NO STARS FOR SUNBIRD HOTEL... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! ! ???? Had to give a star because it wouldn't let me post review otherwise. Believe me NO STARS AT ALL. Awful, awful awful!!! You've been warned! !!!!

Floor tiles or carpet, not hardwood floors, and I asked her to have slippers in the room, but they won't.
It's not close to the beach.

The hotel employees were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, but they are not very good hygiene when it comes to drinks and food, we also display staff in front of customers to take a hard stance against the business owner was not nice.Overall, the price-benefit balance was good.

It's not my room and the bathroom ceiling just fell in my friend's room, the bathroom ceiling collapsed in the same week. Looking at the pictures, think it's a nice hotel.Because of the lack of ventilation at all but the facts aren very narrow and rooms smells bad.Insufficient buffet, I'm hungry

The staff here couldn't do enough to help me during my medical emergency last week. They're not staff any more. They're friends.

I posted that when I put a 5 star review the first time I stayed.

The second time the receptionist accused my respectable English female friend who lives here of helping herself to free drinks. We think it was because she declined his advances because the management were very shocked.

Later I discovered that somebody had drunk half a litre of my whisky while my bags were held behind the reception desk.

I no longer felt safe so I checked out. Not good for a lone female traveller.

Now it hotel renamed to "Side Nossa hotel". in July 2019 the hotel had a "Soppa beach" 4 km away. Club beach is very far from the hotel. A free shuttle bus runs in the morning, but most guests go to the city public beach 1 km away. The rooms are good for three stars, but the food is very scarce. Juices, beer, cola is water. No fruit, meat only chicken, no fish, no beef and lamb. Soy sausage and lack of sweets. Internet paid per dollar per day from each phone. Do not waste time and money on this hotel in Side many other good hotels
