The restaurant and lobby bar staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was truly excellent – fresh, full of flavor, and with a great variety every day

The large terrace with a nice view and bar service (including shisha) was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Our room (a triple with a garden view) was spacious, clean, and comfortable

However, the first room we got was quite small and felt a bit claustrophobic – very tiny bathroom and a narrow 140x200 cm bed

The weakest point for us were the drinks – inconsistent taste, even when ordering the same one from the same bartender

The location is perfect—right between the lake and the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal

The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea

It's a pleasant peaceful place, about 300 meters to get to the sea. The food in restaurant is ook, but eating it 2 weeks in a row is boring and all the food becomes of the same taste. Staff is polite, the room was ok

Staff does not speak English Wifi was not working/ no wifi in rooms Cold water 2 out of 5 days! Loud music starting around 11pm until 3am from some place outside the hotel, impossible to sleep.

Incredible people starting from general manager to cleaning lady Lila. Dj Umut is making great animation (Water ball on the Pool, voleyball at the beach, bule, and some more) and evening music

You can also buy traditional hamam massage at the Spa. Phisiotherapist Vasil can also advice you what to do to make your spine get better. Hotel bus will take you to the beach

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, the rooms are large with a terrace, only a rooster at 4:00 was extra 😀. We were in March, the indoor pool was cool, sauna from 11 only, not in the morning.

The Linda Hotel is particularly popular with German guests. There are many regular guests aged 50 and over. It is not the biggest or most luxurious hotel, but it is well maintained and clean

Near the hotel there is a lake, a forest, 10 minutes walk to the sea. In winter there is an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna. The food is ok.

In the lounge there are cats wandering round everywhere so if you are a cat person you will adore it!

Drinks-the vodka was unpleasant and tasted watered down My only other negative is on check out day we returned to our room at 9am to collect hand luggage to find all doors wide open and housekeeper in room changing beds and cleaning room ready for next guest

We requested a room move to a pool view on our first day and after a bit of a wait we were moved room and greeted with a bottle of red wine, cake and a fruit hamper from the manageress

Next day we went to pool and let me tell u this hotel have huge pools room for everyone in it monitored by life gaurds all the time. I have never seen life gaurd so helpfull anywhere. Alot of thing to do for everyone

We stayed at AQI Pegasos World with our children at the end of October 2025 and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels pleasant and welcoming

Hotel has the best quality of food i have ever eaten in any all inclusive restaurants. From breakfast to midnight snack we loved every bit of it

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Food was lovely, only bad was breakfast time as didn’t like it. Water sports were good and if your going out go into side and go Guven restaurant, they do the most amazing food, and the views are amazing

The main highlight is the huge pool and the water park, which the kids absolutely loved and which kept us entertained throughout the stay

Every mealtime was a joy and combined with the really good cocktails (made with name brand alcohol) at the bars it made the holiday really relaxing

My only 2 criticisms would be the opening times of the kids club (10-12h and 14-16h only) as it should be longer really, and the fact that the gratuity boxes are split for the different service areas (housekeeping, gardening, etc) when it really should be one gratuity box split for all staff members

I used the sauna in the spa every day and liked that there was a large adult pool with jacuzzi to escape to if you dont have young children and fancied a break

We sent our daughter to kids club every day and she loved it. A special thank you to Charlie and Melike for looking after her so well and being so kind

Every day I took walks outside the resort along the beach and from what I could tell this hotel was by far the best on that stretch of beach

Another bonus was that there were always lots of sun-beds so people didn't seem to feel the need get up before 8am to try and reserve one

Great atmosphere, not a big entertainment team but enough to keep us occupied for the week, all staff were polite and reasonable, the location is very ideal within a walk to the beach aswell as local markets and many restaurants

First of all, ill start with the negative. Although my stay overall was lovely, The main issue my family had was the rooms. Our shower and our balcony door was broken

The food is tasty, although the selection tends to repeat after a few days. Drinks available throughout the day from the dispensers are overly sweet and have an artificial taste

The next morning, we requested a different room and, for an additional fee, were moved to one with a balcony located above the restaurant

Aswell as this, you only recieve one room key which becomes very annoying when someone wants to stay in the room or sharing with multiple people. However, overall, our stay was excillent

Room fridge provided - although not great, our drinks were colder than the room was! Bus available to transport hotel guests to the beach and back

We stayed at Asteria Collection Side in mid October. There are a lot of pros and cons with this hotel. Good Friendly staff, available 24 hours, and a good level of communication in English

Although a fresh kick of paint had been applied, this does not cover up the mould in the shower, and terrible drainage system. There was a massive extractor fan outside of our room

We measured this at 72dB all day and night. This is similar to a loud car ride. A transfer service is available within the hotel, however is very expensive

They were not 25° as stated on the signs. Room felt very dated and had clearly just been decorated. The decorators had left tape up in the wardrobe area

This is quite a large hotel, we are usually there off peak and typically 50 % occupancy so fully occupied might be different. Road access is easy with frequent busses to the surrounding towns and Roman sites

Dining is usually busy but the staff cope; a wide selection and usually a carvery too gives choice, the desert section that is nearly as big as the hot food area offers rather too much choice

Change is hard to get, $ bills and UK notes best imported. The ATM takes Sterling notes and gives excellent rates, Make large purchases as rounding errors on eg £20 spoils the rate offered

It was just one to remember till the end!! Starting from room was perfect, the meal was wonderful, the nature and landscape was facinating, the restaurants were very fast and qualitative in service, also the pool and sea was outstanding

The local pharmacy is usually open on holidays. The excellent local hospital provides care we in the UK can only dream about at acceptable prices

Our stay in Paloma Orenda was truly amazing. and very relaxing atmosphere and all sorts of activities. If you get tired laying on the sun beds. Zumba was the top activity we attended

Enjoyed our daily water aerobics with Beste and Metehan. We also really liked Zumba afternoon classes with Beste, which were really fun and refreshing

The bar has everything you need: beer, vodka, whiskey, gin, crayfish, cola, sprite. It is a bit far from the sea (15-20 minutes on foot), but there is a shuttle service. The hotel has a very pleasant, calm atmosphere

The hotel is good, the rooms are large and beautiful. There is a large TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning in the room. The food is decent, nothing fancy, but you won't go hungry

The waterpark is great, not just for the kids but good fun for adults alike. There is a big castle set up for smaller children to explore and use making it accessible for all ages

The main swimming pool is huge, it must be 50 metres or so, there are then some apartments that have their own pool arranged as swim up rooms

Hotel is very aesthetic and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for food - both included A La Carte’s are very good, and you can use them at dinner rather than just the main buffet restaurant

No mad rush for a sunbed in the morning, there are plenty to go around by the pool and along the very nice beach

There were no showers or foot-washing stations available before entering the pool, which might have contributed to this issue. One of the biggest disappointments was the advertised aquapark

The lazy river also lacked sufficient water flow to work as intended. At the main pool bar, staffing seemed insufficient, leading to long queues throughout the day. At times, there was even a shortage of ice for drinks

Food-wise, the selection was average and somewhat repetitive. The layout of the main restaurant wasn’t ideal; the entrance area became very crowded as it was also where guests queued for food

Finding indoor seating was often a challenge, and service was minimal — on most days, no one came to offer drinks during dinner, and tables were not cleared promptly

The "crazy river" was not functioning properly, with the upper entrance closed and access only via a rocky barrier. Guests often got stuck and needed staff assistance to move along

Similarly, we noticed a lack of cleaning in the common areas during the day — empty glasses and cups were often left unattended, and by evening, the pool area looked quite untidy

We did find it eventually! Food, as per usual was wonderful. We enjoyed all of the options on offer and highly recommend that all restaurants are tried at least once (the supplements are entirely worth it!)

Each one has a distinct theme and the Greek restaurant has live singers performing which makes it definitely worth a visit

Kids’ animation basically consists of sitting children in front of cartoons for several hours while the animators scroll on their phones or chat with each other. The children are practically left on their own
