Kahraman Hotel in Side

We really enjoyed our holiday at Numa club side. Positives All staff were really friendly and spoke a good level of English. Particularly like to highlight service from Genghis in the bar and restaurant who was outstanding and never stopped working! Also Su from the animation team who was lovely and bubbly. Whilst the animation team were friendly they didn’t push and left you to it if you said no. The hotel was immaculate all areas kept clean. Loved that there was a 16+ pool. The sunbeds did get busy around this pool but there were always plenty in and around the main pool. Great choice of drinks (iced coffee, draught beer, wide cocktail menu and spirits included) and food choices. Beach area was lovely and well kept. Short walk or golf cart down which was continuous throughout the day. Minor improvements The information leaflet we received on check in was abit out of date. Opening times for the restaurant/bars were different. The entertainment at night was very loud. The bar by the 16+ pool could have been a lovely vibe but was drowned out by the kids shows and entertainment. Alcarte restaurant was full and wasn’t well documented on how to book. Was a little bit of a confusing layout. The rooms were also deceptive against the pictures on jet2. Believe these were taken with wide lens so appeared much bigger online than they were. Top tips Beach bar restaurant is cooked to order so makes a filling lunch! Different frozen cocktails on each of the bars Instead of late check out book at reception to use the shower room

2nd time staying at Numa Club Side and I have had an amazing time. Food and activities are great and the animation team are all lovely! They make the stay so much more exciting 👍

All over a good holiday , staff cant do enough for you ...i think its more 4* than 5* there needs to be small tweaks ,( need cups n spoons shower small and room but very very clean in rooms and n food allways lovely entertainment staff by pool great live night time music needs updating very old fashioned Thsnk you Sinan and Iram your kindness and help There lovely beach and a adult pool

Absolutely spotless and staff are lovely Night time live music needs to be more current music not which is 40 years old and outdated

Beautiful hotel! It was my first all inclusive trip and it was great. So relaxing but plenty of activities. I used the gym a couple of times which was nice and quiet. All of the staff were really helpful and kind including the animation team who were smiley and friendly every day providing fun games and activities. Would definitely recommend for couples and families!

Very clean hotel lots of staff tidying pool area up ect and restaurant Food was excellent breakfast lunch & dinner The pool bar was open 24-hrs a day if your man enough lol we only stayed up until 2:30am lol Food always available The shop onsite is actually cheaper than the markets very reasonable price A special shout out to zaman & cemile nur kılıç in the main reception bar who made every visit to the bar special thank you so much My only criticism is there was a lot of German tourist the week we stayed but we still made friends with a couple of English family’s

Very clean. Excellent service from Zaman in the lobby bar (where the best drinks are served). Stayed 10 days the whole group enjoyed it. Food could be improved not always hot and no microwaves available.

WOW what a Fantastic hotel accompanied by fantastic staff members - a very special shoutout to Zaman and cemile nur kilic at the main reception bar. They were a great laugh and a pleasure to be around. Thank you so much for making our holiday that extra bit special.

Hotel Absolutely amazing!! Fantastic staff mainly Zaman and Cemile and was her 1st week with the hotel and she was amazing!! they are the bar staff in the main reception bar nothing was to much trouble and the cocktails were beautiful

We had a great time here!! All the facilities lovely and clean, great service from the bar staff and food. A big thank you for all the animation team, Sinan, Su, Yunnus, Caner, Huseyin for being so friendly and getting us involved! making this holiday memorable.
