Sandy Beach Hotel - All Inclusive in Side

This hotel, advertised as 4.5 stars, barely deserves 3. The room photos are completely misleading – the rooms are connected by doors that are technically locked but paper-thin, so you hear absolutely everything from the neighboring room. The same goes for the door to the hallway, so you can even hear toilets flushing three rooms away. Appalling – and this was with an extra charge for a “superior” room.

The hotel’s infrastructure is completely inadequate. There are maybe one-third as many sunbeds as there are guests, which turns both the beach and pool into a daily battle.

The dining hall is no better – huge lines at all hours and finding a free table is a struggle. Except for two bars (one on each side of the complex), all others close at 6:00 p.m. together with the pools, which creates massive queues at the few that remain open.

“All inclusive” here means you receive one token at check-in, which gets you a drink in a 200 ml plastic cup. You only get another drink if you return the same cup…

The stay also includes two vouchers for à la carte restaurants, but when we tried to make a reservation on the second day of our arrival, the earliest date available was six days later – when we were already gone.

Late check-out was not available, so with a 10:30 p.m. flight like ours, you are essentially left homeless for the day. When we tried at least to book a shower after check-out, we showed up at the agreed time only to find they had forgotten about us and had nothing available.

At check-in they promised bottled water would be provided, since tap water isn’t drinkable. Not once during our stay did this happen – you’ll have to buy your own.

Do not expect any animation programs in Czech, even though they were advertised. What you can expect is loud French-language entertainment on a megaphone until 11:00 p.m. right outside your window.

First of all the people who are working at the reception part are so rude. They dont create any solution to your problem. We came for a holiday with my little son and we need baby bed so the room is getting narrower because of this we say that we need a bigger room they refused. We again said that there is a children because we need kist closer room both the coast and restaurant and they refused that too.they said that all the rooms are full but it is not true .Also in the internet they wrote that there no wave at the coast but it is not like that there is relly huge wawe. İf you came with a child, please consider this. Finally, the meals are so casual there is not much variety. The rooms doesnt have cattle and minibars have just water ak İ wont choose here never

Hotel looks good and it have a pool and sea is close. Food is not very good and rooms are small and expensive, so that's why only two stars
