This is our first time to Turkey and to a Blue Sensatori Hotel. I was a bit apprehensive at first as we normally use higher end hotel chains but, we decided to give this one a go for a fun family holiday. The location is beautiful, the staff incredible and the food outstanding. There were lots of activities for adults and kids and the hotel is nicely separated for adults and kids zone.
We sent our daughter to kids club every day and she loved it. A special thank you to Charlie and Melike for looking after her so well and being so kind.
My only 2 criticisms would be the opening times of the kids club (10-12h and 14-16h only) as it should be longer really, and the fact that the gratuity boxes are split for the different service areas (housekeeping, gardening, etc) when it really should be one gratuity box split for all staff members.

I stayed here at the end of July 2025 as a family of four in two of the double rooms on the 3rd floor for 10 nights. The hotel itself, the facilities, the staff and the food were all really really good and we had a brilliant stay. Every day I took walks outside the resort along the beach and from what I could tell this hotel was by far the best on that stretch of beach. Every mealtime was a joy and combined with the really good cocktails (made with name brand alcohol) at the bars it made the holiday really relaxing. I used the sauna in the spa every day and liked that there was a large adult pool with jacuzzi to escape to if you dont have young children and fancied a break. Another bonus was that there were always lots of sun-beds so people didn't seem to feel the need get up before 8am to try and reserve one. The whole hotel felt very spacious and the evening entertainment was mainly a variation of someone singing but always really good. The grounds of the hotel were immaculately kept and there seemed to be lots of well thought out play areas with shade for those with young children without impacting the feel of the hotel for those without children. I would happily go back to the hotel again out of the summer expensive season later this year if I can get time off work. The hotel did offer some room upgrades to rooms with hot tubs and larger terraces but for us the standard rooms were more then adequate and very comfortable and very modern. If I had to find one fault it would be that beside each bed on the wall are the switches for the lights and they have illuminated on/off LEDs which during the night when the whole room was dark shine quite brightly in your eyes. To combat this I always placed a pillow over them. But, everything else was brilliant. The beds, bed linen, pillows and sofas in the rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was both excellent and quiet. This is an excellent hotel and a real gem in TUI’s portfolio worth staying at.

I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site.

Fabulous family holiday!
Absolutely amazing holiday! Cannot fault a thing! It was perfect.

Exceptional service pretty much across the board but specifically from Taner on Reservations and Front Desk; Gokhan (Restaurant Manager) and Ali (Head Chef) - neither could do enough for us and always made sure everything was perfect!; Waiting Staff - Gabriel (Adults Pool - Lovely Jubley); Gamze (Buffet Morning and Lunch Service always with a smile and a big heart); Mustafa (Evening Service in the Buffet - with the glasses and big smile); Atilla (Eveing Service in the Buffet - total gentleman); Pinar (Piano Bar - fab, attentive service); Cavo aka Troublemaker (Clubhouse Bar - makes a mean cocktail and loves a bit of Taylor Swift (not really!)); Cihat (Ocean Rerstaurant - treated us like Kings and Queens!); and Eren (Cabana - such a great smile, happy and with a mean Bailey's Iced Coffee!) and the best entertainment from Victor-The-One-and-Only!!!!!

I think that covers most but across the board everyone was wonderful.

The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Never any problem getting sun loungers at the adult pool. Pool staff was attentive and helpful (although the tables on the umbrellas could use a daily wipe down but this was beyond minor). Grounds were immaculate with lots of space. Beach was well maintained and beautiful.

We would come back again anytime!

Amazing hotel for both couples and families. So well structured and run. So clean, spacious and a sea view from wherever you are. Great varied evening entertainment to suit all ages. Will definitely be returning.

Stayed at an all-inclusive hotel upon a friend’s recommendation—and it was truly worth it! 🌊
Every single room has a sea view 🌅, and the staff? Incredibly professional, kind, and always smiling 😊
There are activities and entertainment options for every age group 🎉
I went with my 9-year-old niece, and even though she’s usually a picky eater, she absolutely loved the food 🍽️
Also, the entire place was spotless! 🧼
Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway 🏖️

We have just come back from the most amazing week here. Having stayed at a not so great 5* before moving to this hotel we can say this is truly 5*. The staff are all so friendly, rooms modern and clean, food is amazing, drinks are great quality - branded spirits, proper cocktails. Facilities for children are great - heated splash pool, clean/safe trampolines and 3 new play areas, kid shows. The kids club staff are also really friendly and put on different activities throughout the day. We all (parents and children) had the best time and will definitely come back again.

As a professional in the hospitality industry with over 20 years of experience, I can confidently say that my stay at Akra Sorgun was exceptional. The hotel is nestled in a stunningly beautiful area surrounded by lush greenery that provides a peaceful retreat.

The beach is spacious, allowing everyone to enjoy sunbathing with the added comfort of invidual parasols. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, as both the hotel grounds and our room, which featured a relaxing jacuzzi, were immaculate.
Room was beautifully decorated.

I made good use of the superb fitness center daily. The spa was equally impressive, staffed with friendly and professional personnel. Dining was a delight with a wide range of à la carte restaurants offering very good food.

The staff at Akra Sorgun truly set this hotel apart. Their kindness and helpfulness are extraordinary, reflecting a deep well of experience and dedication to guest satisfaction.

My dream holiday was further enhanced by an adults-only area, perfect for those visiting without children.

Return Customer - Fully Satisfied
The property and service were just as nice this time around as our first visit in June 2021. Our three year old son REALLY enjoyed the children's programs in the evenings ('Blue Tots' and 'T-Bots' programs) and asked to go back, daily. A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November. We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel. Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers. Thank you for another lovely holiday!
