our stay at the blue waters hotel was sımply ıncroyable .the hotel ıtself ıs charmıng clean .well located .and super comfortable but what really made our experıence unforgettable was the very frıendly staff and the rooms are well cleaned every day .the food ıs very delıcıous especıally turkısh food ın generally everythıng ıs good thank you blue waters team

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the garden from our balcony was splendid. The food spread was also quite tasty. The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the beach area. The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time. It was an Exceptional stay with my family, we will certainly return during our next visit.

We had a wonderful break! The hotel was amazing. The accommodation was great, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The range of activities for all ages was good. Kids clubs, sports activities, and the all important spa facilities! All were well organised, wonderfully presented and a great variety. The food, in quality, quantity and variety was wonderful, with all dietary requirements meet. And all of the staff at the hotel were professional, considerate and always smiling! A great holiday and we are ready to book our return next year.

We are currently on our last day here and our 2 families are very sad to be leaving. The hotel, staff, food, facility and service are all absolutely top class. On check in, we were allocated a Deluxe Family Suite whereby our families had a separate bedroom each but we also had a lounge area between the bedrooms which has been great for the kids and adults alike. The hotel has so many different pool and hundreds of sunbeds that there no need for that early morning dash to reserve sunbeds. We tended to stay around the Hotel Pool which was much quieter than the Club Pool where all the animation team fun and games goes on. Also, this pool is right next to the bigger slides which the kids have been on every day. A couple of days we have opted to take sunbeds located on the pier so we could enjoy the breeze - it’s been quite warm all week - and swim in the sea. Again, there are so many sunbeds and shades on the beach and pier you’d never struggle to get some. The food has been excellent with lots of choice and everything is of very high quality, plentiful and well presented. The main restaurant always seems to cope even though the hotel is quite full. We also had lunch at the beach bar on a couple of occasions, where pizza, burgers, chicken, salad etc are on offer. There are plenty of bars throughout the hotel. The beach bar is quite quiet with some low-key live entertainment whereas the main bar by the amphitheatre is more lovely with live bands etc. The lobby bar is also very nice and offers 24 hour all-inclusive! The service everywhere is excellent and the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and offer great service. All-in-all we have had an amazing stay. We are all agreed the hotel gets a 5 Star review from us and we would definitely return again!

Just returned home after a week at Blue Waters. It was our first time at this resort and first time in Turkey; we are highly likely to return. We found the resort itself to have everything that we needed. The three pools,slides,sports facilities and food kept the two teenagers we took happy all of the time.Its very much a family resort and there is a fourth over 18's only quiet pool if you need time away ! All inclusive food and drink was great. There was a wide range of foods and enough popular choices- pizza,burgers,fries-to keep teenage boys happy. Theme nights were good and there was entertainment for all ages in the evenings. We missed the chance to book one of the specialist restaurants which was our error We won't make that mistake next year. Entertainment was great,whatever the age of children you have. We found the staff to be very welcoming, polite and professional without exception -whether it was room service, senior staff or even the boss who was present and clearly monitors the quality of the resort daily. The attention to detail from the staff was outstanding. It is clearly a resort that is more popular with other European countries and German was more commonly the second language staff used. This was never an issue and I don't really travel to foreign countries expecting them to speak my language. We have done Euro Camp for the previous 5 - 6 years and before that had done all inclusive in the Mediterranean and South America. I'm sure there may be more expensive resorts with even more entertainment but this struck the right balance for us of lots to do without ever feeling like we were at a theme park each day. I found it to be great value for money and we are already looking at October Half Term or next summer to return.

What a fantastic resort. Me and my family loved every moment on this holiday, the entertainment team were amazing, so friendly and most of the time hilarious. They included everyone in games and activities and made every day so enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and the food was delicious. All staff were friendly and made our stay the best it could be. Will definitely be returning

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, lovely pools, and direct access to the beach. There were plenty of activities: archery, tennis, water aerobics, fitness classes, beach volleyball, evening shows, and a kids’ club. Perfect for both families and couples. The food was good and the atmosphere relaxed. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they always ask where you’re from — which adds a personal touch. One waitress even knew what we wanted before we reached the restaurant, and our favorite drinks were already served. The shops used euros, which was convenient. Sometimes misunderstandings occurred due to the language barrier, as few spoke English. Despite that, it was a really great stay thanks to the wide range of activities and the high quality.

The hotel welcomed us with a major electrical issue. They say it’s not the crisis itself that defines your experience, but how it’s handled. Well – this was handled with care and respect for the generators that kept the power (and fans!) running. That was just the beginning. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is extremely clean. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was very comfortable. Food – it’s okay, but just okay. For a five-star hotel, we expected more. I’m not saying it was bad – the meals were always well prepared and tasty – but they lacked that extra something that makes food memorable. Pools – excellent. Clean, diverse, with plenty of slides and areas for kids. Just perfect. Nothing to add here. Animation team – very friendly and engaged. Big cheers to all of them! Bars – disappointing. Five-star setting, but with the cheapest possible alcohol. It was okay, but again – not up to the standard you’d expect. Service – honestly, a disaster. It felt like the cheapest labor possible. Even getting three or four drinks right was a challenge. There were constant issues with orders – wrong names, wrong quantities. The coffee? Disgusting. If you want a proper cappuccino with your breakfast, you have to go to the bar. Seriously? Ordering sparkling water was nearly impossible. Still? With gas? Soda? Sparkling? Still again? Eventually, you just give up. Dear management – is it really that hard to train your staff in basic drink and food terminology? It’s simply not at the level you claim. I expected English to be standard – even German seemed to be a struggle. No bottled water policy – fine. But then, you charge €2 per person if they want a bottle. Really? You pay €6–8k for a room and then need to pay extra for bottled water? That’s just absurd. Gym – very well equipped. Nice job! SPA – massages were fantastic. They hurt like hell – but in a good way! Squash – disappointing. Old court, uneven floors, holes – definitely not five-star quality. Mini-disco – honestly, very sad. Usually a highlight in family resorts, here it was depressing. A few girls standing in a circle with kids awkwardly around them. No “Club Snap” – the go-to hit in every hotel. No stage dancing, just odd remixes and zero energy. It was, truly, pathetic. So many prizes, but so many let downs. Shame
