Towel changes were limited to 10:00-11:00 and 16:00-17:00, and only possible in the spa. This was the worst organization I've ever seen in a hotel! For example, at the Barut Lara or Barut Anda, guests can change towels as often and whenever they want, not just in the spa, but everywhere—pool, beach, spa. Unfortunately, this negatively impacted my vacation :-(
The food and drinks were of good quality, and the desserts in the main restaurant were very, very good :-)
Negatives: No toothbrush, toothpaste, or shaving kit were provided in the standard rooms, just like in other bridal hotels :-(
The bathrobe was very worn.
The rooms were extremely noisy. The TV was very loud, making it impossible to sleep.
During mealtimes, there was a smell of food in the room.
There was a buffet that had more food than we imagined at that time of night. It was fantastic.
The staff, especially Ilker Can, were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for anyone.
There were cats everywhere and they were so healthy and friendly.
Everywhere was so clean and tidy we didn't have to worry about anything.

Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Room was upgraded to a deluxe seaview, this was brilliant, very clean, mini bar was topped up each day, toiletries very nice, bed very comfortable.
We ate at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Great choice at breakfast. Dinner we ate from the outside grill, lots of different meats each night, really good.
Lunch we visited the beach bar each day for the delicious Gozleme, very tasty, drinks very good and lovely ambience.
Drinks in general were very good. I was not drinking on this holiday, stuck to water, requested a glass with ice each time, this was forgotten most times. Wife enjoyed the rose and white wine, she said the sparkling wine was very sweet.
Lots of entertainment and lots to do, if this is your thing.
Sun beds, our European cousins were out early each morning getting prime spots, you have to get up early to beat them at their own game. Hotel could do more to police this.
Location is brilliant, leisurely 40 minute walk to old town.
Managers constantly around, checking with guests that they were enjoying their stay.

Weather on arrival was initially a bit unsettled, but this allowed us to make use of the spa facilities which were excellent.
All the Staff are super polite and friendly and the cleaners keep "everything" spotlessly clean.
Food is next level in our experience (first time 5 ⭐), with different dishes every mealtime and so much choice. We had the option to use one of the 'a la carte' restaurants but didn't feel the need to indulge ourselves as the selection was so comprehensive in the main restaurant (palmiye).
The Flora patisserie is also a nice touch which is open between 12:00 and 18:30.
We only visited 3 of the 5 bars with the Begonya beach club being our favourite place to catch a cocktail whilst watching the sunset. Staff in all the bars we visited were again excellent.
You have the option to walk along the promenade (about 35 minutes) to indulge yourself in some shopping (if that's your thing).
Sunbed reservation is discouraged before 7:30am which gives you a fighting chance, although we never struggled getting beds at 9am.
Checkout is midday and there is a courtesy room available for a last minute shower and change of clothes before your return journey.
