We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and private beach. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking

Great atmosphere, good location, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, the pool is good as well. Spa is amazing as well. Totally recommend it.

Probably not quite a 5 star hotel but it is a very nice and cozy 4+ star hotel. Strongest points: the personnel who was very kind and professional and the Turkish hammam and massage staff

The hotel for this money is perfect for family. the see is near and you have a beautiful pool. The personal is nice and the cleaning service in roms are perfect

We had a great fun staying at rhe Holdayn Grand Resort Hotel. The staff was friendly and smiling. Most of them had bearly no time to say hi, but the service was trully amazing

Every serving there was something mouth watering. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kids have plenty of food to choose from and many activities. The beach was clean and under bay-watch supervision

Rooms nice but mattress on single beds very uncomfortable. Poor acoustic in rooms, apparently small swimming poole inside was heated- I don’t so- maybe 25-26 max

I stay in at least 20 hotels a year through business and private travel. Advertises an indoor pool, but it’s closed during the summer and only used in bad weather. Some people don’t want to spend all day in the sun

Also, the information board shows 16:00 but when asked, it’s only the pool tables that open at 16:00. Guest relations has very limited english

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient

the closest room is located on the ground floor. I know that it has such low rooms here, but they have rooms on the 1st floor above the pool and close to the exit

LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! Had a brilliant time with the family last year, ignore the reviews, people are too fussy! Food selection was great with wide variety and plenty of options to choose from

Every morning, fresh pastries for breakfast and freshly baked bread for lunch and dinner (for different tastes) Every day, new vegetable dishes appeared on the menu (which I was very happy about) A large selection of cheeses of different types

There is also a cafe that is open from 11 to 17 and you can also sit there quietly, drink your coffee or your favorite (the most delicious in the world) tea with a tidbit of chiskeik (I sincerely recommend)

As for the beach, it's a separate song. The guys who work at the beach bar are great!!! Some of them speak 4 languages, and that's commendable! The beach was always clean and clean

Not a luxury one, but the rooms are nicely furnished and renewed. The meal could be better, but not bad. The beach is the worst point because of the stones. The pool is warm and nice, the garden is beautiful

The hotel is mostly for people who want to stay at the (quite clean!) beach or at the hotel pool, because it is kind of in the middle of nowhere

Music played during the meals was sometimes quite annoying, because they kept playing one CD (some Italian hits) over and over until I asked them change it to some more local music, and then it was the other CD over and over:-) Overall, good for families with kids, probably not that much for people who like to travel around

We had a room facing the busy road which sucked a lot, but asked to be moved, which fortunately was possible and the new room was great

The beach is fine, although some sunbeds were broken—this is not the staff’s fault but rather the result of careless behavior by certain guests

If the hotel intends to cater exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, then perhaps reservations should be restricted accordingly. The swimming pool was another issue: the water was not changed once during our 7-day stay

I would have given 5 stars, but I must reduce the rating due to the impolite behavior of the tall receptionist, who acted arrogantly, mocked hotel guests, and refused to speak English or any other language besides Russian

Moreover, he even ridiculed Russian tourists, which left a very poor impression overall. The same problem applies to local tourists—those who do not speak Russian are denied both information and basic courtesy

The hotel staff, including the managers and waiters, deserve the highest praise for their dedication and hard work. They genuinely make an effort to ensure that everything is available to guests at all times

On a positive note, special thanks go to the animator Gamze and the spa center staff for their excellent service. The location is not ideal, but transportation is always available, and nothing is really too far away

Approximately 45min ~ 1 hour to Alanya. You should visit there and Alanya Castle The only negative things I can say about pool’s tempatures. There were no heating for pools so it can get chilly

The animators were fantastic — full of energy and made every day so much fun for both kids and adults. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. Everything was clean and well organized

I spent 2 nights with the children in the family room for 2 nights although I had to spend 5 nights. Afterwards, we were able to settle in a neat room. Good cleaning and daytime snack bar

The new adi has nothing to do with yeast world beach but maya hotels. The dishes seem tasteless 10 cesit but 3 kinds of originals. They offered the same meal again

Apologize for not remembering all the names! From the areas to improve: food (some) and alcohol were a bit below overall hotel experience. Beach is a bit rocky but large with wooden sidewalks

The staff were all so respectful and lovely. Anel, Anastasia, and Gulnara were all an absolute pleasure to meet and have us great recommendations for the restaurants at the hotel

The main pool isn't large, but it's cozy. The entrance to the sea is good, with pebbles and coarse sand. The entire grounds and beach are meticulously maintained

I completely understand that we are in Turkey and that Turkish is the local language — I even know some myself — but speaking negatively about guests in Turkish, assuming they won’t understand, is unacceptable, especially in a hotel of this standard and price range

There are two snack bars — one by the pool and one on the beach — both offering similar, simple but tasty food, perfect for a quick bite

Hotel Review- Stay from October 11th to 18th, 2025 I’ve traveled a lot over the years — sometimes on my own, backpacking and exploring “wild” routes, and sometimes staying in comfortable all-inclusive resorts

Hotel Staff: Communication in English is possible, although the staff seem to focus mainly on Russian-speaking guests. Unfortunately, some of the behavior at the reception was quite unprofessional

The animators did encourage guests to join activities such as water polo, darts, and the evening disco. Hotel Grounds: The hotel and its surroundings are very well maintained

We had a wonderfull time with our family at the Oz Sui hotel and we will come back for sure! We would like to make special thanks to: The bellboy from Diyarbakir, he helped us so much! the beach crew:Erhan, Cemile, Sedat, Beysal and the gozleme lady Gulsum

5-Star Experience – A Perfect Holiday in Turkey! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming

The guest relations ladies: Emine and Inez for the way they took care of us and for the organisation of our daughters birthday party

I would highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services during your stay! The hotel staff, from reception to restaurant teams, were always smiling, helpful, and efficient

The hotel has so many rooms but the pool capacity it is small. The staff it is a little bit sticky, but nice. The rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. They have good air conditioner

For a price-quality ratio, it is very good. The food is good, quite slow with the gozleme, but overall good and diverse ( taste is subjective ). It is clean but the furniture and carpets are old and stained

The bathroom is clean but again, stained from old age. The beach is made only from stones. The sea entry is very steep, after 4,5 steps its 2 meters deep. Also, the waves are big and a bit dangerous

They should work a little bit more with cleaning because every time we went outside the tables were not clean. The beach is beautiful but the water goes deep immediately

The balcony was big enough to enjoy the seaview. The food is good, every night they have different grilled plates. They offer food anytime and drinks, snacks, ice cream

But cocktails are almost non existing, they only have vodka or whisky, the juices are half water and they have no ice!! The staff is nice, but don't know english

The pools were always clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. Entertainment for both adults and children began at 10:00 a. For younger children, there was a play area. We highly recommend this hotel

The territory of the central building is sooo beautiful, green, large and well-groomed. Very good children's pool with towns and sun cover. There are slides for adults too, a little, but there are

We stayed with our family in the Theodore building. The food in the main building's restaurant was varied, including beef and lamb, a variety of fish, and chicken. Vegetables, fruit, and snacks were plentiful

The relaxation pool is fantastic, and the restaurant truly impressed us: everything is cooked fresh right before your eyes – you don't experience that everywhere in Turkey

👍 The service was good, and cleaning was always prompt, regardless of tips. The bars, bakeries, and coffee shops all had their own schedules. There were always plenty of sun loungers, even during peak season

It has its own pool, bar, and restaurant, but the services aren't as extensive as in the main building; think of it more as an accommodation

In the day we did enjoy it, the pools are fairly small but it is a small resort so make sure your towels are down before 10am. Staff were lovely even though spoke very little English, they still do try get you involved

The hotel was good for me and my dad lighter. The entertainment team kept us both busy with games in The day and entertainment at night. A holiday is what you make of it!! And we made sure we enjoyed every day

The room is spacious and in good condition, everything is relatively new, everything works.

Arriving at the hotel at 1am we were told we had to go to another hotel until 10am and then they would pick us back up. No food was offered, only bonus is the hotel they took us too had a 24/7 hour bar

At night, mice were seen near the pool area. Corridors and floors in this building looked like they had not been properly cleaned for years. Staff Most staff members were quite strict and not very friendly

Rules such as towel replacement being allowed only once were not communicated clearly. The overall attitude of the spa staff felt unwelcoming

• A power bank went missing, though we cannot be 100% certain it disappeared from the room. • The room in the building across the street was a major disappointment: visible dirt, cockroaches, and poor overall hygiene

The woman working at the guest/booking desk (à la carte reservations) was especially friendly, professional, and left a very positive impression. Spa & À la carte Spa service was disappointing

• Cleaning service was generally good, but sometimes too intrusive: staff entered the room even when the “Do not disturb” sign was on

An exception were the Asian bartenders, who were welcoming and pleasant to talk to

Our room is terrible , it was very dirty, no one cleaned our room for 2 days, towels were not changed. Also the safe didn't work. As for the food and everything was super and tasty, entertainment was also good.

New reconstuction of outside facilities (infinity pool). Quite a rush during dinner and lunch. Good a variety of meals for a week stay. Quality of services decreased during to years. not sharply, but recogniseable

Lot of free snacks and drinks available almost all the time. No Iron, so be mindful, no free wifi. Pool, beach and evening shows was great Spa is only free between 12-2pm

Tv had bad reception Looker wasn’t working, after few times complaining no one came to fix. Food was average, lot of vegetables options, very few meat dishes. The food plates wasn’t very clean

A super hotel The quality of service, the friendliness of the staff, the food and beverage service, the attention at the hotel is very nice, it is a perfect family hotel, I would definitely recommend it, the hotel has a really nice location right by the sea and there are properties with a perfect view, the usage areas are clean and tidy, the staff is very tidy, clean and they work fast
