We went for all inclusive, food was good and the hotel is amazing, staff from the hotel they are all very helpful they makes us are really welcome every single day. Entertainment was also funny every day something different. and we enjoy every second in that hotel. We already looking to back there soon.

Great place has something for everyone staff are very friendly food is great entertainment is fantastic rooms are great clean and housekeeping staff are on hand all day buses come and pick you up outside for trips out beach isn’t to far away too

The staff carnt do enough for you. Facilities are great very family orientated, verry close to old town. The food is freshly cooked

No lift in hotel & we were on the 5th floor. Basic rooms,unfinished in some parts of room.bathroom quite small for use.shower was just on a hook in the wall. People were very helpful. A lot to do for children We had a nice relax area to go to so was happy enough . Food and drinks was lovely. Beautiful country. A lot of shopping all good. Would come back

The staff are very friendly, entertainment people are so kind too. Buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner was also good value for money.

We enjoyed staying there for one night as a family of 4. We have found everything we expected with a very reasonable price. I would recommend that place to anyone.

Very nice staff points 5, food average, room average no darkened curtains stayed at the new side, hamam spa excellent. Close to beach and main road. Location good but close to Mosque so you will wake up for the prayers...cleaning good. Coffee maker is a plus! Big fridge. No lift! Clean pool and very quiet hotel, they don't play music loud or hardly play.

#AESW Begonville is a nice small hotel. The whole building looks a bit tired, but that is also cozy 😃 They give you the best service and give you time for relax. As I mentioned, it’s old and cozy, but all the building is clean at all time.

First night i had to sleep in a makeshift room,because of mix up with the booking,but overall nice clean place to stay ,walkable to the beach and restaurants,excellent for family stay as you can prepare your own food Recommend

From the minute we arrived to the day we left Ibrahim and his family made us feel so welcome. It is a family run business which is lovely. Ibrahim, Onor, Mehmet, Selma are so wonderful and welcoming. Fantastic service and friendly, cheerful staff. Beautiful clean pools and rooms. Hygiene standards are very high and all areas are cleaned regularly. A fairly short walk to a fantastic shopping area and also a huge choice of restaurants. I hope to revisit this gem of a hotel in the near future.

Good quiet location. Beautiful garden area. Staff is amazing both at reception and the bar. They really are doing their best to keep you safe and satisfied. We even got little souvenir magnet and packed sandwiches for out flight back home.

The hotel is really run down. If you are coming from the UK it isn't really our cup of tea. The hotel is like living in rented house which hasn't been maintained for years. Please guys we want for the cheap option, but its not worth it. Just pay for a better hotel. We pay for all inclusive not worth it. We stayed here for a week and the staff were amazing allways happy to help, fair does the language barrier but they use their phones to translate thw food ia quite good but not enugh selection for children. But theirs other places to eat at, averall i would give them a 8/10

The hotel is old and not renovated. The staff is friendly. The food was worse. Diner from the evening before they served it the next morning. Taste was very bad. It's not an all inclusive because you can't eat and drink the whole day. Not my kind of hotel

We thank the smiling staff and service very much. The location was III. The owner was fine sand and the ***et was tidy and clean. The beach bar was nice but the refreshments should be expanded a little more, for example, for full board, sandwiches, cakes and cold drinks should be expanded a little. It is alright, shower dosnt work that well the water pressure is bad. And air conditioning isnt working well. But its alright. I stayed for 14 days and its okay. Its a amazing pool with great activities like waterpolo, soapbobbles and waterslide

This apartment would be great for a week or more. Spacious, lovely pools and close to the beach. The beds are typical Turkish hard beds and the kitchen lacks simple amenities such as a breadboard, dishwashing liquid and tea towels. There are a lot of lightbulbs that need replacing too. Great location to the beach and there’s even Irem Beach loungers.

A quiet and pleasant family hotel, Ahmet Bey and Ayşe Hanım are warm and helpful at the reception, the rooms are spacious, clean and airy, close to the sea.

I liked the kind stuff. The hotel is cheap and close to the beach. There could be made some improvement like a active ventilation in the bathroom to prevent mold. Also the shower hat didn't fit into the bracket. Hose should be changed. For a short or cheap stay perfect.

Little dated room but lovely lady owner was very pleasant and very helpful the beach was 1 minute walk from the hotel apartment and the very cheap supermarket just 5 minutes

I stayed with my 84 year old mum . We both enjoyed the hotel. Especially Mr Ahmet ( hotel manager) and his wife Ayşe hanım was very very helpful. They even helped me with parking and brought extra blankets when needed. İt was one of the best hotels in this holiday. The hotel area is very safe and hotel manager ensures that all the needs of his visitors. Excellent location is also a bonus!

We have just come back from a week at the Kentia Apartments. Overall the hotel was great! The room was really big with a separate kitchen/lounge. The staff were really friendly, the hotel was very clean, breakfast and lunch was lovely. The dinner option was ok, but it was the same every night with a few different meat or fish options. The local alcohol was like drinking water! After 6 vodka and cokes...

Just had the most wonderful 2 weeks at the Kentia apartments in Side. The food was different every day and plenty of choice, the apartment was spacious and clean and all the staff were fantastic. Special thanks to Tuce for the entertainment, Hamdin the photographer who was so chatty and friendly and to Ercan from the bar who looked after my mum and I every evening. Can't recommend this hotel enough...

So, we arrived at 4am after a delayed flight with SunExpress (Berber heard of them before) and where told that the hotel was over booked (a common occurrence apparently) and they would put us in the hotel around the corner, we took one look and refused to stay there. Stayed here for 11 days food was nice but limited some say its in the middle of nowhere we didn't find this at all 5 to 10 mins walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants 15 min walk to beach hotel provide a mini bus to and from beach entertainment is limited but good enjoyed our stay here

The operators took over the hotel this year. They are genuinely interested in their customers with a new enthusiasm and interest. Mr. Ramazan is solution oriented and tries to do all the work as much as he can. This apart hotel in Side was a pleasant surprise. It was a quiet area,but only a couple of minutes walk from restaurant,shops etc and less then 10 min walk to the beach. It's difficult to give a fair assessment as I stayed when the season was over. The WiFi was reliable. The bar and restaurant were closed, and the swimming pool was taped off and had been drained. Facilities in the room were fair: microwave, crockery. cutlery, fridge and air conditioning. We have been going to the Nur apartments for years it’s lovely run family business and I brought my daughter,son-in-law and 3 grandchildren with us in July and now they are happy to stay here. It’s clean and friendly and Oscar is the guy that looks after everyone there and he is excellent. I would definitely recommend.

It is a beautiful apartment complex. There is a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. It has a nice swimming pool and a nice terrace to sit for a while. The room is spacious. Everything you need for a good stay is available. We also really liked the spacious balcony with laundry rack. You should not expect luxury, for example the shower jet is not optimal and there may be a hole in a towel...

Very cosy little place, very nice staff and the rooms are nice as well. Pool is a good temperature. Breakfast and dinner is included and the food is nice, plus the beach is near like a 5-7 minut walk.

We have not been coming for many years and it looks like we will continue to come for many years. It is true that we also brought our friends here on vacation. It is clean, tidy, spacious, very close to the beach and economical for the service area.

We went to the beach. There is such a system - one sunbed = 50TL. The beach is not perfect, tried to cheat 2 or more times and this often happens

By the sea, 2 minutes after leaving your room, you reach the sea. The pool is a bit small, 1 slide works. The rooms are good, the only downside of the hotel is that it is a bit old and neglected, it could be a great place if a little more maintenance is done. We stayed for 1 night, we were satisfied, it is a place we can choose again.

We had a great holiday, the staff are very caring, the rooms are very big and comfortable, the pool is very good, the children had a lot of fun on the slide, it is centrally located and it is possible to find everything around, there is a service to the sea, but I recommend it to everyone within walking distance

Absolutely wonderful staff! Clean, close to everything, located on the beach. Free sunbeds with staff. Had a great time. Cons: There's a lot of noise from the beach, but with the windows and curtains closed the music is subdued. The beds are uncomfortable. No elevator.

Had a holiday for 10 days in September for our honeymoon. Couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff were excellent. Never returned to a hotel before but happily stay here again

The hotel is currently available on 1 little-known booking site. On other sites, it has already been removed. It is obvious that the hotel is no longer operational. Someone can make a mistake, book and only then find out what they got. The hotel did not bother to update information wherever it was listed for sale. The hotel phone number is not listed anywhere.
