Irem Garden Hotel & Apartments in Side

I stay in irem apart hotel and it wass just nightmare.stay for 3 night with my family.my longest 3 days in my life very bad.no health and safety at all.staff no matter speak English they are don't give a duck at all to costumer.animals in room.no lock at door.dirty is nothing.there wass blood in fridge.everything very old like from 50 years ago.reception is very rude.specially Kazakhstan or those County from.we didn't had towel or cleaning g for 3 days.i dolod ask 6 people for towel and I didn't get any.i went to shop to buy one.metal piece wass in food and food is like a week old.never eat food.if you have a little bit respect to your self avoid this place.as a British this place is like hell an no standart at all.anyone can easily open your door and come your room take your belonging.no lock at door push door and it will fall apart. All in all not good at all.in room so many naked elecric cable.life dangerous. Not recommended. If trip advisor want more information they can contact me.i will tell everything.

This apart hotel is a total cowboy place.because they have two hotel with same name you book nice picture and nice hotel but on arrivall they give you bad hotel.basicly they have two irem hotel opposite eachother.one is like hell the other not bad.so you book no bad one but you get the hell one.because same name and you will not notice fist day.second day you notice but too late.zero health and safety.no standards.i wass so glad i book for three nite and fist we didnt sleep dur to shock we get from this cowboys.avoid it at any cost.electric cable are everywhere and your life is not safe here.due to corruption country no law no system.so basicly you better go. Rwanda rather then irem hotel.if you love you and your family you avoid.not a Secured door at all.any one can easy come in to your apartmen from door or balcony.i have show balcony on picture you can see no lock exist. No mention blood in fridge.25 years live in uk this hotel have zero british standard. Dioch

Avoid this place with any cost head to toe its zero. Zero to british health and safety.. Zero to british value It seems we see different from uk to Ukrainian war.because all are here in turkey not in war.need to see both side of madalyon. So no one in war all in this cage in manavgat not even antalya

Calm place. But anyone who wants fun and animation is the wrong place, because there's none!!!! The apartments 1 bed flat are good if you want some privacy but need some maintenance and renovation.......Same as the hotel needs proper renovation and lots of maintenance.....!! Very helpful staff, always willing to help if you ask, mostly the reception always with smile.. Apart from the MANAGER is always moody and grumpy 😠 😡 but you can see him chatting and looking after Turkish people's!!!!!!!!! what's all that about????... The food was repetitive with very limited choices, and sometimes the kids didn't know what to get!!!! the animation for the kids or adults was none very boring at night!!!!! Beautiful send beach with parasol, mini bar ... 4 times a day shuttle to the beach... But thanks God was only 4 days, more than that, and you hang yourself 😴

Don’t waste your money and time! This hotel is the worst I’ve ever been to in Turkey. First of all this hotel is not worth of 3 stars as I explain below: 1- no room cleaning until you complain! 2- terrible food with dangerous objects in it! 3- no safety in the room! 4- depressing music at breakfast, lunch and dinner! As if we were at a non-ending funeral instead of having a holiday! 5- Neither the receptionist nor the personnel or even the manager speak English! 6- Rude and reckless personnel! Especially the receptionist, and the manager (all he does is sit here and there, watch things on his phone, and have tea and coffee). 7- The only good thing is the shuttle that takes you to the beach and the fees for sunbeds and umbrellas is included in the price you pay. Rooms are in very bad condition, old, damaged and musty. The bathroom is darkened by mould and pieces of tiles fall off from the walls. As can be seen from the photos, the locks of the room doors are super old and very easy to open without a key! What’s worse is there’s no way to lock the door when you want to go to sleep and anyone can easily enter to your room and take your belongings. Therefore, we could never leave our belongings and had to carry them everywhere with us. Not acceptable! They mix the leftovers of the previous meals with some vegetables and serve it for lunch and dinner. In 5 days at lunch and dinner, we could eat only rice/pasta and salad. The meat was usually ready-made cheap chicken nuggets or flat meatballs that had no taste, let alone nutritional value! The last night,in the photos, I chewed a metal scrubber in my salad! When I felt the pain and showed it, they didn't even say SORRY! They said ‘Ohh you are unlucky! What to do!’ Our room wasn’t cleaned until we complained! The receptionist casually said ‘Ohh they must’ve forgotten. I see if I can find someone to clean.’ What the hell?! After our reaction, next day, the third day, the room is ‘cleaned’ without changing the sheets or towels! Also, the sheets and towels are badly stained to the extend that we didn’t want to use.
