On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Lot of place without people just dry towels. I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ? Towels and nobody !! Lot of people put them towels and go in the beach or I don’t know where. Lot of people also put towels in two or three transats and me and my family don’t have where to sit this must be forbidden 🚫 For the rest the Hotel is very good for family and kids

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless. I've stayed in many high-end, famous hotels, but I've never seen staff who are so dedicated and perform their jobs so exceptionally well. Hats off to them!

I am severely disappointed in the customer service of reception and guest services. For a 5 star hotel such as the Titanic, their staff are not appropriately trained to place a guest's needs first. We were a party of 8 and several of us had issues with our rooms, which after several visits to reception and hours of arguing - yes arguing - were eventually addressed. Water leaking, light bulbs not working...

Its a very good hotel, the Animation lobby was perfect no boring time and the one incharge in Boccia Joseph is awesome boy. Restaurant is also perfect in General they are all friendly.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb. Our room was spacious and clean, the pool area has plenty of room and there is lots going on to keep adults and children entertained. The food was fantastic, with a different theme every night, there was so much choice we didn't even feel the need to use the a la carte restaurants...

We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. We’ve been to Turkey many times but this was the best dinner we have ever had in Turkey. 10 out of 5 stars for us, when we come back to Sunis we will definitely go and have dinner at the Aztek Mexicano. We have had a great time staying innthis hotel. The personel is very friendly and the food is great. The a la carte restaurant is very nice. Mr Hüseyin was very nice and gave us a very welcome feeling.
