I booked a double room. The room size was standard, BUT!!! The air conditioning blew directly onto the head of the bed and was very noisy. When I asked staff to adjust it, they claimed it was normal. After I insisted, the hotel offered to change my room. The new room had an extra small bed, and the AC noise was noticeably different!
The hotel only provides bottled water in glass bottles. Everything else in the mini-bar is priced, which gives off a rather stingy vibe for a hotel at this price point.
Overall, it's poor value for money. The hygiene was standard, and the service was just okay.
Breakfast 10/10 - loved the Dosa station
Bed comfort 10/10 (I'm trying to buy the same mattress for my house).
Service 11/10 - front desk staff and concierge esp. Mohammed were very helpful.
We're only staying here in the future
Close to the train station with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
