My initial reservation was a two-bedroom apartment, which was a very disappointing experience. The apartment was extremely old, broken, and did not match the pictures at all. The drains did not work, the bathroom was mouldy, the apartment had a strong unpleasant smell, and the kitchen was not clean. The furniture was in very poor condition and overall the apartment felt neglected. I couldn’t even sleep one night there.
I ended up paying extra to move to a suite on the hotel side, which was a much better, cleaner, and far more comfortable experience. The hotel rooms themselves are good, though not exceptional.
Restaurant & breakfast:
The breakfast is amazing, with great variety, and the restaurant staff are super, super nice — friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
Cleaning staff:
A special thank you to the outstanding cleaning staff — Slivaknmmar, Nicol, and Zin. They were professional, detail-oriented, and kept the room spotless and fresh. Their hard work truly made a difference and is greatly appreciated.
The valet staff are also so nice and helpful, and the concierge are very friendly and helpful. I end up buying a few activities from them.
Access to the restaurant was slightly challenging due to ongoing road works, but it was still manageable to enter, so not a major issue.
The only real concern we faced was with making a booking. The contact number posted on social media was not answering despite several attempts. We were only able to secure a reservation by calling the hotel directly and asking to be transferred to the restaurant.
On a very positive note, Ms. Suci, our waitress, was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, attentive, and genuinely assisting us with all her heart. Her service truly made our visit more enjoyable.
We will definitely come back, but we hope the booking system can be improved for a smoother experience next time.
