Had a very comfortable stay at Swissôtel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff are polite and helpful. The location is also very convenient. My room was nice, service was good, and overall the experience was smooth and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.”

The location is good spacious and clean

No major issues. The room was really spacious, bigger than my own home, and it even had three bathrooms, so everyone in the family could use one at the same time. The kitchen was quite convenient to use. The air conditioning was a bit too cold, though.

I enjoy the kind reception when I arrive. The rooms are a bit old, but I don’t mind much as a solo traveler. The proximity to the mall, and good restaurants is a big plus, and the main reason I keep returning.

Hotel & accommodation:
My initial reservation was a two-bedroom apartment, which was a very disappointing experience. The apartment was extremely old, broken, and did not match the pictures at all. The drains did not work, the bathroom was mouldy, the apartment had a strong unpleasant smell, and the kitchen was not clean. The furniture was in very poor condition and overall the apartment felt neglected. I couldn’t even sleep one night there.
I ended up paying extra to move to a suite on the hotel side, which was a much better, cleaner, and far more comfortable experience. The hotel rooms themselves are good, though not exceptional.
Restaurant & breakfast:
The breakfast is amazing, with great variety, and the restaurant staff are super, super nice — friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
Cleaning staff:
A special thank you to the outstanding cleaning staff — Slivaknmmar, Nicol, and Zin. They were professional, detail-oriented, and kept the room spotless and fresh. Their hard work truly made a difference and is greatly appreciated.
The valet staff are also so nice and helpful, and the concierge are very friendly and helpful. I end up buying a few activities from them.

We had a great dining experience at Le Murooj Restaurant. The food was excellent — from the cold cuts and live roast to the fresh breads, fruits, and desserts. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable.
Access to the restaurant was slightly challenging due to ongoing road works, but it was still manageable to enter, so not a major issue.
The only real concern we faced was with making a booking. The contact number posted on social media was not answering despite several attempts. We were only able to secure a reservation by calling the hotel directly and asking to be transferred to the restaurant.
On a very positive note, Ms. Suci, our waitress, was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, attentive, and genuinely assisting us with all her heart. Her service truly made our visit more enjoyable.
We will definitely come back, but we hope the booking system can be improved for a smoother experience next time.

I was extremely disappointed with the check in reception when I arrived after a long flight trip. The service at the reception was just not helpful nor efficient. The selling point of this hotel is the proximity to Dubai mall , but the downside is very long walk to the nearest metro station. Overall the service was a disappointment.

Fantastic stay ever. Worth the services .staff is super nice . This is my 3rd here and few more to go .. but its going to become my all time favorite. Whenever I am going to visit Dubai would love to stay here. The pool area.. the double decker and everything super sexy . Its a huge property with all facilities 1 stop stay for your vacation. Would like to recommend it to everyone .. . Pool area and people. - kishor bhai . Elvis. -and fazir. Everyone's amazing. - good people at the pool for your help and support. love it .. favourite people and the inside bar -especially my favorite- FATIMA.
