Location is perfect, just in front of shoreline and access to private hotel beach. Lots of eateries around and long 2-3km walkway which is quite comfortable for morning exercises. Moreover restaurant on the 1st floor serves one of the best breakfasts I've ever seen.

Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help.
Special thanks to the beach lifeguards for creating a safe and relaxing atmosphere by the sea with their friendly and attentive presence.

This is my first time in Dubai, I wanted to like everything, so I carefully approached the choice of the hotel. I don't like crowds and parties, so if you don't either, this hotel is for you. Today is my second day here and I am delighted with everything! A wonderful hotel, delicious breakfasts and dinners, and I also want to note the high level of service. I am picky in this regard, but I more than like it here! I thank the waiter Shifa for his friendliness and perfect service

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at voco Dubai The Palm! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch, the entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Amelie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Her warm smile, kind energy, and professionalism made such a lasting impression. She even remembered small details from our first conversation and checked in later to see how everything was going, truly rare and genuine hospitality.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Marat — very polite and professional. We were kindly given a free room upgrade with a stunning sea view. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the freshly squeezed juices were a highlight. The hotel left only positive impressions — highly recommended!
