Loved the hotel. The service is top tier and the staff are very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was amazing and was ala cart style. There are 2 pools, on weekends, the beach club pool is only for adults.

They were so welcoming, professional, and ensured my experience was seamless. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable.

I recently stayed at Th8 Palm Dubai, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, Ari was absolutely phenomenal. She welcomed me with such warmth and enthusiasm, and her encouragement to upgrade my suite to one of the best views truly enhanced my stay. Waking up to those breathtaking sights every day was a highlight!

The entire staff, from the bar team by the poolside to the maintenance and cleaning crew, were outstanding. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a great stay. It was wonderful to be greeted with smiles and positivity at every turn, making me feel welcome throughout my two-night stay.

The room itself was clean, with a beautiful view, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing getaway. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be a wider selection of more affordable poolside drink prices. But other than that, my stay was nothing short of perfection.
