I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. A special thanks to Manager Mr. Alam for his excellent leadership and professionalism, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The team truly made my stay memorable—Mr. Sanjay was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Mr. Sala provided great service and made sure all my requests were handled promptly. Maria was warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience, and Mrs. Arlin was equally kind and efficient in her service. Overall, the hospitality and dedication of the entire team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

The hotel is nice and clean with the lovely and helpful staff. They serve good food and provides good service to guests. The area is so accessible as most shops are available and near within the area. Thank you to the lovely Filipino and Indian staffs namely Jenny, Arlene, Maria, Sanjay and Sala under the lead of their manager of Mr. Alam. Highly recommended for travellers to Abu Dhabi.

The location of the hotel is great as it is in the heart of the city. The hotel is in need of an upgrade. You cannot control the A/C directly in your room. The bathrooms need re-modeling. The water pressure is poor and the tiling is very dated. There is a club in the hotel and the sound comes up to the rooms and you can't sleep well

Why do I say this? First of all, this is an old house, and there is a bar downstairs. Although I live on a high floor, I couldn't sleep until 3:30 in the morning. I don't want to complain about the sound insulation, it's too bad. I couldn't sleep all night because of the music.

The staff wasn't very helpful, the room didn't meet my expectations, and the food quality and presentation were disappointing. 🙁 I hope hotel manager takes this feedback into consideration and make up for it. I booked a suite several months in advance and was given a single room when I arrived at the hotel. I negotiated with the front desk, but the hotel front desk told me that I could only stay in a single room at the price I booked. Later, I came to Ctrip to help me change back to a suite. As a result, around 12 o'clock in the morning, the bar upstairs started to become restless. I laughed. The water in the bath was not hot, and the air conditioner was extremely cold. It was an old-fashioned air conditioner with a twist button, but it was useless even if it was adjusted. The quilt was rolled into two layers to cover it. It was not as good as the domestic Samsung ones. Lightning protection! !
