I was absolutely captivated by the hotel's ambiance. It offers stunning sunset views, with the majestic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque visible right across from the infinity pool

The evening sunset, with the mosque visible across the water, creates an absolutely breathtaking view! While I've witnessed countless sunsets in many places, this one still managed to leave a truly profound impression on me! We were traveling as a family and had booked two rooms

The issue was then escalated to a manager who swiftly offered a satisfactory solution: an upgrade to a suite! The view and spaciousness of the suite were truly unbeatable! Considering the price we paid through Ctrip, it offered incredible value for money

Absolutely perfect, a true resort experience. Everything was fantastic! The staff, especially the 'little black guy' (referring to a friendly, dark-skinned staff member), was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic!

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to visit both the mosque and the amusement park. The room was spacious, and fresh fruit was delivered daily

The hotel's Chinese restaurant, Xia Palace, is exceptionally delicious and provides excellent value for money – it's an absolute must-visit! The hotel's buffet boasts a wide variety of delicious options

Although we arrived early, the staff assisted us with an early check-in to a room with a beautiful view. The room itself was spacious enough for our large suitcases, and the bed was very comfortable

She also gave the best recommendations for wine and food pairings We look forward to our next visit

The hotel’s facilities are outstanding especially the pool and spa, which provide a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The dining options are excellent, with high-quality food and excellent service throughout

The location on Al Maryah Island is ideal, with direct access to The Galleria and plenty of dining and shopping options. Overall, this is easily one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi

Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening. Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food

When I checked in they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room, which was really nice of them but after we got to the room and it’s was sorting so many things the hot water didn’t work properly, the hand shower and tap didn’t work the technician tried fixing and it was a bit better, than the air-con in the bedroom was a trouble I was so jet lagged that I just slept but when I woke up I realised it was...

We arrived quite late, but Dilki at the front desk was very nice and upgraded us to an executive suite. She also gave us complimentary dinner and breakfast for our child

Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind

Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa. Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai

If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime

The suite was very nice and clean and big (w sea view)in reality and the was friendly 👌💖👌💖👌

Location is good and staff is nice. But breakfast is just mediocre, I had 2 fried eggs everyda only as others tasted badly. No charger next to the bed which is weird. The hangers are not removable which is not convenient

If you want to buy souvenirs, there is a whole floor with them just down the street or right in the Abu Dhabi Mall, downstairs there is an excellent supermarket where you can find everything you need, by the way, advice, if you want to buy spices, this is the best place where you can buy them ,prices are fixed here) I advise you to go from January to March, after that it will be a little hot)

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist or answer any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable. Each morning started with the breakfast buffet, where I was always welcomed

I left some clothes at the hotel and Ahmed (desk coordinator) and Salehbinali was very helpful, they were very kind and sent all my clothes to Oman with a very small charge

The room was very spacious, the service was excellent, and the location was super convenient with plenty of food options nearby

It was a really great stay! Plus, you can easily get to Yas Island by taking the free shuttle bus from the Royal Rose, which is very handy

The cherry on top is the amazing and hospitable staff especially Nasir at reception who was extremely accommodating and kind and made our stay very comfortable

There are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast timing was a bit odd though – we had to leave by 8:30 AM, but the hotel's brunch service was from 9 AM to 3 PM

I had breakfast at the Glo restaurant and was catered by Mr. Abbos he was lively and very professional we even had an actual conversation. Restaurant ambience was on point

Check-out time I was assisted by one of my kabayan Ms. Magz, which really showed genuine smile & hospitality and asked how was my stay. It was perfect from beginning to the end. Highly recommended for couples & family

Amazing experience and birthday celebrations at the Rosewood in Abu Dhabi. My children booked the hotel as a surprise for me for my birthday and I was absolutely blown away by the hotel

We arrived and Naim at reception was extremely welcoming, the room we had booked wasn’t quite ready so rather than us waiting he immediately upgraded us to the top floor

The attention to detail of the staff who came and cleaned the room was great. Putting down little towels for our toiletries and Matt’s next to the bed with slippers

The room overlooking Abu Dhabi was stunning as what you’d expect from a room on the 15th floor. Beds are super comfortable and clean and the bathroom is lovely

We had an amazing stay at Andaz Capital Gate 5* Hotel ! We loved the fact that this hotel has a Guinness world record ! It's a bit far away from some places but it's also actually in the middle of everything which makes the taxis fees equal to anywhere we been

I stayed here for the Open Masters Games at ADNEC, which was just next to the hotel. Therefore, location was perfect for me. 15 mins to the famous Mosque, 30 mins to the cultural district

Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel.  We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change

SUNITA who took time to ask us how is our stay and also offered a take away hot choco drink which my husband and my son fav. Pool is okay also during late morning because there is a shade from the other tall building

Great location with a shuttle service to Yas Island. The hotel has direct access to WTC Mall, which has some good shops to explore. It's a typical business hotel with very good service.

Felt like a serene bridge between city life and nature. From the poolside, the view opened to endless mangroves, their calm waters reflecting the sky like a mirror

It's worth noting the absence of a dedicated kids' pool, only a shallow baby pool. Overall, it was a peaceful stay with some room for improvement in service and amenities

There is three different bars here, one on the second floor and two on the fifth floor. The pool area on fifth floor is most of the time in the shade

inside the hotel there is a night club, sports bar, barbers, gym & pool! location is about 10 min from beach

the pool area doesnt get much sun however the pool is heated! staff are absolutely fantastic too! 10/10 recommend

The ventilation system worked well. We slept great; the mattresses were good and not worn out. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but you won't go hungry. There's a Burger King on the other side of the hotel building

Excellent and comfortable hotel. During my entire stay, I didn’t experience any inconvenience. At first, I was given a room on a smoking floor, but I soon noticed a strong smell of tobacco in the room

The Hawthorn Suites City Center proved to be a reliable and comfortable choice, with its highest marks certainly going to the exceptional team working there

It was very easy to use the local buses and there were lots of supermarkets nearby as well as some good cheap eats and happy hour at the Tavern pub

I am a very light sleeper and asked for a quiet room which was on 7th floor. I could still hear noise from the hotel bar but my partner slept fine

Location is good, Lulu freshfood and few other shops couple of minutes away. The hotel is undergoing renovation and we had new modern design rooms. I can warmly recommend this hotel

Location is good, next to a park and quiet location. I will book again when I visit in Abu Dhabi. I found nothing that I could complain about!

It's about a 10-minute walk to the sea. The beach is large; there's a public, free section and a family, paid section. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but you could always find something to eat

For fruit, they only had apples, watermelon, canned pineapple, and peaches. The pool was small but heated. There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby where you can get a good meal

Very nice hotel! Beautiful lobby with a nice pool and bar. A major plus is there is a *very* inexpensive liquor shop very nearby, perfect for when on holiday and desiring some good drinks for cheap

Al Ain Palace hotel gives you that old school UAE feel. This place has a nice charm to it. Considering the hotel itself is over 142 years old. When you walk through their doors. You are also walking into history

Rooms are kept very clean thanks to the house keeping staff. Special shout out to Sohail for working around my schedule and keeping the room tidy. This is one of my go to hotels because it’s right on the Corniche

The service is excellent, staff is attentive and always prepared to assist with a smile. The swimming pool area is shared with La Meridien Abu Dhabi. Pleasant setting with a choice in cafes and restaurants

The rooms are clean and perfect. We are satisfied with their services and it's worth every penny. Just that parking isn't available, will have to use paid parking. But paid parking is available near by as well

Upon checking out, staff was kind to order a cab for me. The hotel is right across from the corniche. Clean area and beautiful scenary. Lots of restaurants and bars around if you are seeking entertainment

Standard is good.. room are clean.. lifts are.more than enough .. on the rooftop a music bar and swimming pool..which is more of a pool not swimming pool.. Has no concierge..

Friendly responsive staff! Love the quiet gym on level 1, and the well-decorated lobby. The staff are helpful in replacing our bath towels and getting additional bottles of water on a hot day
