Excellent location .the gold market n perfume market in walking distance centrally located near everything. Metro right across the road . It's a 2 star hotel but clean n nice. Very cheap considering its a 2 star and condition. Staff is excellent n very helpful.clean room n clean sheets. Bring ur own water. No kettle or tea in the room.there is a juice bar or tea room right next door they open till late.

The location was good, closed to metro station and bus station/Stop. The hotel was worth the price even though i had a problem with the sensor key to the door, over all it was a better experience. the person at the front desk was quite helpful for making things as i requested. Place was clean and no night bar or anything so the hotel was quite.

Was was very near to train station (palm deira) staff were ok but hotel need a some upgrades...

Royal garden is the most practical place to stay when youre in Deira, Dubai. The hotel is very accessible. Located just across the Metro Station & walking to distance to Dubai's Gold Souk or Gold Market (where you can find the grandest & cheapest Gold plus you can even haggle for the price!)
