We stay in beginning of July 2 nights but actually not enough.Place so big and many things for kids to play.Especially water park needs at least 1 day to spend.Hotel offer upgrade your room with reasonable price ,it’s was unbelievable.Didn’t regret.

Great place for families with kids. Have a big sized pool area for kids with a lazy river and a few slides. Their private beach has a pool with a mini obstacle course and a small volleyball net. The staff is very varied in their treatment and they do not say things in a concrete and true way, for example: wait 5 minutes for such a thing and it is 15-20, etc.

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. Everything is ok. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. You can still hear it. There is also a pool for adults, but you can't hear it there. The sea has good access for jbr. Your own sun loungers and your own entrance, basically. The sea itself is a bit murky. Wonderful hotel! We were accommodated on a high floor upon request. The bed was comfortable, they even laid out a sofa for the child. The breakfast was great, not expensive, we bought a meal package on site.

Fantastic hotel with great service! Location is okay. The only issue I had, was one of the toilet seats in my suite had a red stain which we seen after we checked in. Exceptional hotel in all aspects. It's pretty new and the hospitality is great. We got upgraded to a superior studio which was great and had amazing views and great sunrise. If you want to relax at night, then this is definitely not the place for you! There is a disco on the hotel grounds until 3am. And this is a hotel establishment and they don't want to do anything about it! Every day until 3am bang, bang, bang - it's like being in a club in your room. Horrible!

Really nice hotel. Beautiful rooms with a good view and not too small. Only problem were the elevators. Many times you need to wait nearly up to 10 min til an elevator will pick you up.
