It's a great family hotel. The service is very good, including valet parking and luggage delivery. The price difference between before and after booking is a bit too big, almost three times. I don't know if it's a problem with the platform or something? But the overall stay experience is very good.

Great location to spend the entire day with your kids playing in the waterpark! I recommended to anybody with kids from all ages. They had an amazing time. The adult pool to have drinks with a DJ is also great for the parents wanting to have some quality time between adults.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. The suite room was very nice and a great size. Fantastic shower and toilet. Was not entirely sure about the location because it was so hot I did not want to walk around. Club lounge was nice but very busy. So much so I used the hotel sports bar which was good and had nice food.

I stayed four nights in this hotel, and they upgraded my room to a creek view suite. The hotel has many nice restaurants; my favorite is Japanese. The swimming pool is not very large but nice. Breakfast was good, full of many options. I love this part of Dubai. It's close to the old market.
